My name is Mauricio and If I see the employee tomorrow or any day if I ever go back at that location I'm going to call the police and I'll have him arrested and I'm going to sue arco and its parent company for harassment verbal attack mental anguish and I feared for my safety and that of my children as well as other costumers just us because I asked for cash back he threw the money at me while cursing in a very threatening manner and when I turned around he walked in my direction in a threatening manner and he should be fired, he was the worst and most disrespectful employee have ever encountered anywhere in America I felt threatened I'm concerned about my personal safety I had my children with me in the car. I don't feel safe to go to that ARCO/AMPM store anymore or any other stores of the same. Shame on all of you putting costumer's in grave danger just for receiving cash back of my own money. THIS COMPANY IS PUTTING MEN WOMEN AND CHILDREN'S safety at risk with people like him.
You have cameras in the store watch them and make your own assumptions or decisions.
And no I am not joking!

I thought they were open 24 hours stopped to pay cash for fuel at 6.20 am doors were locked several customers left including myself. Edit wrong store. Location was 3540 lake Mead Blvd

2 stars only because the workers were friendly. Other than that this place is ghetto. All the beer is locked up. You literally have to have a cashier with a key to come and open the door and grab it for you. Everything is so overpriced it's pathetic oh and let's not forget the 35 cent fee to use a card. Won't be back again ever

Staff seemed friendly, but this was one of the grossest bathrooms I've ever used. You should just use the side of the building like everyone else seems to do from the smell of it all.

Worst gas station service. Both ladies that work the day shift will just flick the scanning machine towards you when you ask to scam your phone. Sometimes they will charge the drink order and not even let you scan your account for points and free drinks. They will tell me "I did it already" amd role their eyes.I get it, sometimes customers can be jerks but I'm always super friendly and get treated like scum.

A bit shady... will never buy a bottle of soda here again.Between the price and the $0.35 "fee" it cost over $3.Nope. Done with this place now. Brand new 7-Eleven a block away. ?

Walked up to the counter to buy gas, was unaware there was still a mask mandate in effect. The cashier (young female) said I had to have a mask. I had the $20 bill in my hand. I apologized and said "Since I'm here can I just leave the bill on the counter and get my gas?". She refused and said she wouldn't serve me without a mask. I returned with a mask and waited while she served another customer. While serving that customer she pulled her mask down below her chin, completely off her face. When he left and I stepped up to the counter, she replaced her mask. Very rude and hypocritical service. If I lived in the area I wouldn't use this facility again.
