You should be aware that they require you to personally drive to their store to pay for a service-call. They would not allow me to give them my credit card over the phone. I am a retired senior citizen who could not drive to their store. I bought a refurbished refrigerator ($500) in July of 2023. The unit does not work now. They will not come to repair the refrigerator that they installed 9 months ago. When I bought the refrigerator, I paid for it with my credit card over the phone. This policy is not customer friendly.

We came here for a new refrigerator after ours broke. We found an awesome, brand new Bosh, but upon delivery, we saw that the door wasn't shutting correctly, so our food wasn't staying cold. We waited for repair service for a few days and started getting frustrated as it seemed our needs weren't being met. So the owner Rosa assured us she would fix our problem, not only did she replace our refrigerator but she allowed us to choose something even better than what we replaced for our trouble. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for appliances. They truly care about the happiness of the customer.

Stay away from these guys. They took it personally when I told them my breaker wasn’t triggered. I’m sorry if you can’t even figure out something has power going to it, you need to rethink your business. When it comes to fixing things it’s very black and white, no “feelings” need be involved. And that’s exactly how it was communicated to them.

And that's exactly how it was communicated to them. So the owner submits a long winded response about how they couldn't access the breaker. It's actually quite simple. I knew the breaker wasn't blown because when you turned on the timer you could hear it ticking and hear the switch for the door operate electrically when you toggled it. I sent them a video of what I described and they got their feelings hurt. They said they couldn't help me any further.. boo hoo! I'm no appliance repair man but I do know when something has power. If they decline working for someone instead stepping up and fixing something, that's not good business. I never said get someone out to my place who can fix it. All I said is it needed to be looked at again. The long winded response shows what bad service is about. Don't make excuses JUST FIX IT. I seriously would absolutely choose a company who isn't full of excuses. The problem was a fuse blown in the unit, NOT THE BREAKER I have faith other companies can diagnose a dryer not working. Not this excuse ridden company who needs a different direction/culture. Have a little dignity and take the criticism constructively instead of giving yourself "5 stars" or I promise your company will never get there. If that's the way it worked, then why even have reviews? We could all just walk around patting ourselves on the back every time we did something wrong. It's pretty sad I have to tell the owner this. Like I said, the response speaks volumes, all on its own.. lol

I was with my friend the day she had a delivery from ASC, she recommended me this place, they are so professional and very careful when installing an Appliance, they also give good Quality Products, and their times are very flexible! Totally recommended and prices are so reasonable.

I purchased a freezer on Offer Up from this company. It was not a full freezer. The bottom half looked like it should’ve been a freezer but it wasn’t. Not only that but the freezer did not freeze properly. It took 4-5 days for the things in it to freeze. I contacted the company and ask them if I could exchange it and they said yes she would see what she could find. After a week or two I told her I couldn’t wait any longer and if they could please pick up the freezer and I would like to have a refund. to pick up the freezer and give me a refund. . They said they would see if they could find some thing else but they couldn’t. They said they would give me a refund and I asked them and they could come and pick up the unit. I have yet to hear back from them and they are no longer responding to me. I would not recommend buying anything for this company.

I purchased a freezer upright from this company from OfferUp. When I received it it looked like it was a full freezer. After loading it up I notified the company that the bottom part of it was not a freezer and I also notified them that the top part of the freezer did not freeze correctly. It took 4-5 days for items to freeze. She said she would look and see if she could find some thing else. After a few days I told him that I cannot wait to have a freezer. I asked if I could get a refund and they said yes. After that they no longer return my calls or messages. I've tried several times to see when they could pick up the freezer and when they can refund my money. No response. I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

I got a refrigerator from this place and I can’t be more satisfied!! The service was outstanding and professional. Customer service was kind and compassionate. The delivery was quick and professional. They were so kind and complete! I would recommend this company to everybody!!

To the "manager" Rose, learn how to be professional. Do not call your paying customers liars when they have a legit complaint about the service they receive. If the customer spends the time and energy to complain about something that obviously bothered them then you as a "manager" have to listen to them and not insult them by calling them liars. That makes you look extremely unprofessional and drives away business.
