Their sales people ignore your no soliciting sign.Garbage people working for a garbage company. O ver the years all my dealing with AT&T for cell and Internet for personal a business level have been terrible and handled by clueless employees.

Aryana is amazing. She is a savior, my mom's phone was stolen in Vegas and she helped us replace the phone and everything. She was patient, caring, helpful, professional, understanding, and the best AT&T rep I ever worked with. She will go far, and if AT&T was smart they would promote her!

Horrible customer service! Just went to pay for my phone, no one asked what I wanted, I was standing there for several minutes, when I asked one of the employees he barely spoke to me. Horrible attention to existing clients! I won’t be going to this location never again!

If I could give this store a negative 10 I would. The manager is a ridiculous liar. He said that he didn’t have a certain phone in his store after he said he actually had it. One of the reps in the store called him to the back after he spoke to me. I don’t know what she said to him, but whatever it was made him not give me the phone. He also told me that I had to put 75 percent down on a phone, which I knew was a lie. I’m doing an upgrade for God sakes lol. One of the reps their last week wouldn’t let me preorder the phone. She said it would take 3 months which I knew was a lie as well.I had ported my number over to ATT that day and told her don’t add insurance. She did it anyways lol. This store is just a mess.

ATT location 2010 E Lakemead Blvd has the best of the best employees with Johana and Joseph who are always extremely knowledgeable, kind and friendly. They are my to go help when it comes to my phone. Johana, Joseph you're amazing.

I had an amazing experience. Great customer service from the manager. Frank and staff. It was a smooth buying experience and I was well notified of all deals that were available. I will be going back to them if I need anything else. 10 out of 10.

I tend to be nice a friendly by default. These kids working here at night time, especially the red head, seem to have quite the mean attitude with my mother and I.I cut my services with AT&T because I don't like going into a store where the employees are offending me in my face and laughing at me. They've done this with a few family members and are canceling with AT&T.Also, the employees were boxing inside of the store as I was walking into the store.

Do not shop here. Employees are untrained and unprofessional. I had a fraudulent phone line added to my account shortly after leaving the store and some how when I called 611 they were unable to disclose any information for security purposes. The second time I went (giving them the benefit) I wanted to do a transfer of billing- in person which seemed like the most reasonable option- the young lady at the front stated she could not help that I had to call 611 or do it on the app. Drive a little out of your way for better customer service.

I had went to AT&T because I wanted the iphone13 max pro and yes I got it but there was one problem my fathers phone was still locked with another company so he didn't have Time that day to unlock it ,sooo the lady said you can get a temporary phone for just 1$ and when you unlock your phone you can come back and we will just switch out the sims ...so that's exactly what he did she went to the back and grabbed the phone and came back and had the audacity to charge me 69$ for it ok I let it slide I said it's whatever he needs his phone for now so the next day I got his phone unlocked and he tried to go back and tell her we unlocked it and she said he has to pay 50$ more to return the phone which she did not mention the day we got it so when I called the store and try and tell her the problem she claimed she did tell us all that but if she had why the f*** would I have gotten the temporary phone anyways we could've just waited till his phone was unlocked then when we asked to speak to the manager she was like "she's on break sorry" but the manager peeked through the back door and saw us and heard we needed her and she did nothing ..
