Hate coming to this location every time there seems to be a problem. The store was clean and organized. I only saw one sales associate working thr front of the store. I need help getting some tide and I had to wait for her to be done with other customers, which is fine but I wish they would work better at staffing the store correctly. Also I come to this location to pick up my medications and tell me why I get there and it's still not ready and there about to close.

Terrible service in the pharmacy area . Always short staffed NEVER answer the phone . Early evening on 3/29/2023 I called and someone picked the phone up 5 times to put me back on hold it's been 20 mins and still on hold ! They provide the worse service . Only one young man that works there is helpful ! I am moving my medicine to CVS

This has to be the worst pharmacy in the city. They have on 2 different occasions only partially filled my son's antibiotics only to have to wait a week for the remaining prescription. They consistently ignore phone calls and have a poor attitude when called out on their lack of customer service support. Whoever is managing this store needs to be terminated.

Went in to grab some cosmetics as it is closest.. I was walking down the cosmetics isle I noticed this young boy had his cart turned sideways where you could not get by . He clearly was not gonna move it was not caring at all as I was trying to move it.. he ignored the fact I was a customer all together... rude & laughing with this other female worker saying ( you must not know about me ) joking / laughing as the girl was sitting next to the cart on the floor with her labels / papers were also sitting there... did not care either if I needed to get through.. I made my way through anyway ( hell imma a paying customer) looked at her papers as I was rolling my basket by her. Neither one of them said ( Do you need help or can I help you find anything or here let me move this for you or sorry excuse us ) talking under their breath ... I heard the boy say ( let me keep my mouth shut ) I continue around the store and got to the cashiers thinking I would get a better experience with her at checkout.. boy was I wrong.. this girl was not friendly as she was ringing up my stuff I noticed her inspecting the stuff I was buying... I asked her if there was a problem with it & she totally ignored me and through my stuff in the bag.. no smile not have a nice day nothing. If I could give No Stars I definitely would.. These kids that were working in here all disrespectful. They would be fired if I was their boss . What happened to Customer Service skills????? Not acceptable... I will never go here again & I'm sure I wasn't the only one they were disrespecting. So my suggestion to the person in charge is to get these kids or employees customer service skills.. asap not a happy camper. I would not go to this location but I guess if you do .. you will see what I'm talking about. These days are not to be rude to people...we are all going through tough times as it is.

I would not recommend the pharmacy. I took my son to the doctor & they prescribed amoxicillin for an ear infection. This was prescribed at 11:30am. I told them to send it to the Walgreens on MLK and Craig. Turns out they didn't have amoxicillin in stock, so they transferred it to the Walgreens on Craig & Decatur. When I called Walgreens on Decatur and Craig they said the Walgreens on MLK and Craig deleted the Amoxicillin from the system therefore they could not fill the prescription. It has been so frustrating calling two different Walgreens & the doctor back and forth to get this issue resolved. Finally, I go to the doctor to get a physical paper of the prescription to take to the Walgreens on Decatur and Craig. Tell me why when I get there they tell me they already have the prescription in the system and just needed the doctor to approve it,. However when I called Walgreens on MLK & Craig they verified everything was done correctly & the Walgreens on Decatur and Craig had everything they needed to fill the prescription. I'm frustrated because my son is sick and in pain and they are making it more difficult to get him the medication he needs to help relieve the pain. When I spoke to the women she could care less. No empathy or sense of care for my frustration. It is now 4:30 and they won't have the prescription done till 8pm. Although I don't believe all Walgreens are the same I will no longer use them as a provider for my prescriptions. God forbid my son is extremely ill and this happens.

The pharmacy has had my script for 3 days and it says no act needed reviewing ins. I go through this every month and they don't answer their phone. Come 2023 I am switching to some where else done with your crap........ I already moved everything else mailorder and I suggest you all do the same and save yourself the grief.

I can't even given them 1 star I walked inside to drop off scripts for a person who just had all his teeth taken ot I dropped script iff at 11:45 and was told they would be ready at 2:30 I called at 2:30 and through automated system was told 1 of 3 were ready. I have been calling there for 3 hours I get automated system that there are 2 callers ahead of me then I'm removed off hold it rings 29 times and they disconnect call. I called the store manager who put me on hold transferred me it rang and rang then a very rude person said hold on then it rang and rang and yes I was disconnected again 3 hours he's bleeding in pain he doesn't have his antibiotic, anti inflammatory or ibuprofen. Customer service has definitely left this store don't do business there

I have never in my life had to wait in line so long to pick up a prescription. I have been in line for 45 minutes and there is still 3 others in front of me. There was 5 in front of me when I arrived. A police officer has used his entire 1 hour lunch waiting in line! There is only 1 person working behind the counter working both the drive thru and front counter. This is unacceptable. This Walgreens never has one of my medications in stock! I will be switching to CVS.

PHARMACY NEVER ANSWERS PHONE!! Held for 40 minutes, tried to call back, held another 30 minutes & they hung up on me! This is the norm, they never answer. It must be purposeful. The worst service ever, why even have a pharmacy??

I've been a loyal customer for 30 years at this location. The drive through speaker has been broken for months. Corporate will not approve??? Seriously??? This isn't pizza- being able to communicate on important medication info is urgent! Unacceptable that you would just take money from customers with no concern in this regard. Corp greed & disregard in plain view!

Hideous phone service. They kept picking up the phone (Music willing cut out, and I could hear talking in the background) and then putting my call back on hold.15 MINUTES 40 SECONDSReally? Just creepy behaviour from what are supposed to be specialists.
