“I had a great experience at jiffy lube today. It was my first time bringing my car in to get an oil change and Josh helped me out and was extremely nice and helpful! Would come back again, the service was quick! They are all very good at multitasking when it’s busy and working on multiple cars at once. They still get you out super fast.”

“After someone decided to go straight in a left turn lane and hit our car we went to collision works. The other drivers insurance that paid for the repairs was Progressive. Pat handled the whole process for us quickly working with Progressive to get our car back to us in under a week total. Being a Tesla many body shops just won’t even consider attempting the repair. This damage being light not requiring panel replacement they did not hesitate to take on this work. The repair is flawless and was done quickly, not much more you can ask for.”

“Miguel and the team here are always A++ - I told Miguel I would leave a review forever ago on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler, but I got locked out of my gmail. I got it back now so here is my review. 5 stars! From the customer service to the technicians / mechanics in the back, everything from start to finish has been great with these guys. I feel like I have not only a business relationship with these people but also friendship too. Miguel has helped me with tows, selling my vehicle(s), etc. I spent a ton of money with him on my Jeep and then a new unrelated issue happened and it was going to cost me so much money, but Miguel didn’t even charge me for the diagnostic because he knew I wasn’t going to replace my engine. Little things like that keep a customer for life. I have 3 vehicles and I plan to always use Big Brand for my repair needs. They also offer Acima (leasing) to help with paying and cost. I now have my 00 Chevy Silverado going there today to get the brake line checked and some other routine maintenance. THANK YOU BIG BRAND FOR EARNING MY TRUST!!!”
“My wife and I were referred to Quick’s Radiator & Auto Service, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We worked with Jose and his son, Eduardo, who were incredibly friendly, professional, and truly exceeded our expectations.
We were dealing with a radiator leak on a newer vehicle, and they diagnosed the issue very quickly. Not only did they provide a clear and fair estimate, but they were able to start the work the same day and told us it would be finished within 24 hours or so. They actually completed the repair before closing that day. Even better, their quote was about $600 less than other mechanics we had spoken to, and the job was done in less than half the time others had estimated.
I highly recommend Quick’s Radiator & Auto Service for any auto needs. This family-run business is honest, fair, and genuinely makes you feel taken care of. I usually stress out when dealing with car issues, but Jose and Eduardo made the entire process easy and reassuring. We didn’t have a go-to radiator mechanic in Salt Lake, but are very glad we had this fixed in Las Vegas.

My tires are under warranty and the warranty company could not work with me or figure out how to help. “I can’t say enough great things about Paul and the team at Ace Brothers Collision Center. Paul treated my car like it was his own from start to finish. The paint match was PERFECT, which could not have been easy since it is metallic. You would never know the car was ever rear ended. The attention to detail and quality of work truly impressed me.
I definitely did not want to meet Paul under the circumstances of being rear ended, but now I have gained a friend and someone I genuinely trust in the community. Paul and his team are humble, hardworking professionals who clearly take pride in what they do.

I can’t say enough good things about Eugene’s Body Auto Shop in North Las Vegas. Eugene has been a huge support every time I’ve had issues with my car, and I’ve visited his shop multiple times now. Every single time, he’s been honest, helpful, and genuinely looking out for my best interest.
One standout experience was when I had an issue with my headlights. The dealership told me it would cost around $1,500, which was overwhelming. Eugene took the time to find a much more affordable solution without sacrificing quality. He figured out how to lower the labor cost and source the right replacement parts, and in the end I only spent around $400–$500. That kind of honesty and effort is rare.
What I truly appreciate about Eugene is that he’s not greedy. If he knows there’s a better or cheaper option elsewhere; even at a dealership; he’ll tell you and point you in the right direction instead of taking advantage of you. That says a lot about his character. He’s clearly focused on serving the community, not just making money.
As a Rancho High School teacher, I’m also proud to know that Eugene is a fellow Rancho High School graduate. It makes supporting his business even more meaningful.

“I'll start by saying I have an extremely high level expectation because my car is my baby, and I'm a bit of a know-it-all.. took one of my Vossen wheels here for repair on a bend. Terry one of the managers was extremely patient with me and my nit -picking expectations . After the fix, and rebalance I noticed some minor mistakes the tire mounting tech made which ended up scratching the bejesus outta my wheels. The scratches were unacceptable, But the owner Steven not only showed up, expressed he truly cared, didn't minimize my problem and stepped up to do the right thing to make everything perfect. Nobody enjoys these types of situations or having to bring it up but I was impressed by the no BS manner which they remedied the situation for me. These guys behaved like I wish other businesses did and really earned it.”

They went into depth with questions of what I was looking for with the transmission and what I wanted to do with it. Brandon and some other asian dude ( unfortunately I didn’t get his name) took the time to get my balance and alignment done properly on my Malibu, they did what 3 different shops couldn’t do. “Fixing the car went great. My bill was expensive and they had an “in house” financing deal with no interest for 90 days. I decided to go ahead with that. Big mistake. You end up with a lease through Koalifi and they are a predatory lender. Since reading the fine print I’ve been trying to cancel the loan. I would end up paying over $7k for a $2400 loan!
I called within 2 hours of signing and then called several times after that. They all said it will be canceled. Then I get a call from them saying it had to be cancelled through the car place. They attempted to do it but didn’t know how.
It has turned into a nightmare. I ended up just putting it on my credit card.
First payment is due on April 2nd. We will see if it was really cancelled then.”
