I have a diesel which requires two batteries. I called the first location and they only had 1 but informed me of another location that had the two I needed. I called to verify. Purchase was easy and the employee uninstalled the new batteries and in I talked the new ones fast. The durracell batteries I got also have a 4 year warranty which is a year longer than most. The small strorefront nature of these stores makes them easy to get in and out.

This store has a lot of good batteries and bulbs. I have found that they carry a large selection of watch batteries and that is very helpful to me when I am replacing batteries in watches.

$400 just to replace a broken screen on a Samsung S22 Ultra? I don't think so...If you have insurance on your phone, you're better off just getting it replaced.

I stopped at the business today to get a new vehicle key with a fob and to replace a fob battery. I called prior to coming to make sure that they would be able to provide the needed services. He said that he could, then I told him Aj was on my way. When I got there, I let him know I had previously called and he had the item ready for me. When he programmed my new fob, the new battery that was in it happened to be dead, he replaced and got the fob programmed. I also needed a flashlight and while I was looking at them, I chose one that was in stock, but it actually wasn’t the one I wanted. When the technician started ringing up my purchases, he asked me was that the flashlight that I wanted. I told him no and I showed him the one I did want and he went to the back and got it for me. I was at the store probably about 20 minutes, he received numerous calls from other customers while I was there. However, he remained very professional and I appreciate that. He went above and beyond to provide good customer service. I will definitely visit this store again in the future.

Horrible customer service just purchased a new battery (12v) and when I was trying use the battery was completely dead, so I came back to see why a "brand new battery " was not working properly and the guy there say that needs to b recharge,! And my question to everyone is : if ur paying for a new battery , u need to recharge everytime u want to use it? Plus the person in the front decks need more trying, because when I came back to return the battery, he was trying to say that I return the wrong battery, when all batteries came with the label on it saying the exact time whe they manufactured, it was really stupid how he was looking at the label, and saying that I brought the wrong item , hope the owner of this business take acción right away to server better to the customers , I understand that accidents happen, and they hv great product, but the people in the front cashier hv a poor mind of sense

Great efficient service. I called to see if a rare type of battery was in stock and Jaden was super helpful. When we arrived at the store he remembered me calling and continued to be very friendly and helped us right away.

I will say the person that helped me at the desk was as helpful as he could have been but to say that they can make a product (a key) cheaper than any other business was not true. After charging my card $65 for a duplicate key for a 2017 Hyundai Elantra & 2 house keys, the customer care rep tried twice to cut a good key for the car... neither time was the key able to go in the car door or turn the ignition. He ended up refunding me the money for the key but told me that I would have to still be charged the cutting fee. I wasn't happy about that but departed the store & went to the Hyundai dealership instead. Within 10 minutes, the new key was made & worked! The "kicker" is... it only cost me $11! The dealership said that charging $43 plus a cutting fee was completely outrageous & should have never been done. I went immediately back to Batteries Plus to let them know what happened. The guy that helped me was gone & the rep that was left behind was rude & unapologetic about what had transpired. I asked for my "cutting fee" to be returned & he flat out refused. Upon my request, he gave me the name & number for the Store Manager. I called the number & it just rang to the store counter... not the Manager! Update: the Store Manager called me (before I could call him) & made everything right. He apologized for the process, his rude employee, & took pictures of the receipt to send to his corporate office. Now that's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE! It's things like this that earns a customers business back! Thank you!

I've been to Batteries Plus a few times over the past few weeks to get batteries for several different watches in my collection. They carried most of the batteries I needed, and they were typically easy to find on their website. I did have some trouble finding the equivalent battery that I needed in some cases, so I had to Google them first to find the one they carried. Overall, I was happy with their service.
