Great experience. Our salesperson, Bill at the N Decatur location, was not pushy at all. He listened to our needs and steered us in the right direction. We walked out feeling great about our Tempur-Pedic mattresses. Also added bonus, mattresses and pillows were delivered within 3 hours of purchase.

Bought a purple mattress from Best Mattess during their Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale & the sales experience was great! Martha, at the North Decatur location, was extremely informative and patient with us while we were shopping and trying things out. She was not pushy, gave us our space at appropriate times, and wanted our buying experience to be enjoyable. We did not buy the first day we tried out the bed as we needed some time to think and Martha was very kind and understanding. When the time was right we went back and made sure to give Martha our business. Our delivery went extremely smooth, they removed our old bed and set up the new one quickly. They delivery guys were respectful, prompt, and overall great job done.

We just went to buy our matress and had a great experience thanks to Martha. We originally went 2 weeks prior in order to take a look at what we would like and decided on getting the Purple matress. Martha was very informative and helpful. We did need time though to make sure and she was understanding and not pushy like other people tend to be. We went back yesterday and she was able to answer any other concerns we had and we moved forward with our purchase. We are looking forward to the delivery and being able to enjoy our new Purple mattess. I definetly recommend asking for Martha when you go.

Don't have to wait for delivery. This purchase and delivery was so smooth and non stressful nothing like the nightmare of trying to get a mattress delivered from Macy's.

Not best customer service. I called this store to talk about an older purchase I made and the man that spoke with me on the phone was very rude, and spoke to me like I didn't know what I was talking about. I ended up calling Mattress Firm, who returned my call in a timely manner, and was not only extremely pleasant, but also gave me some information about my purchase that I made with "Best Mattress". You might think you are getting a good deal, but if you have any questions, you better seek information elsewhere. Not to mention, when they did deliver our bed, one of the employees stepped on my husband's CPAP hose and cracked it. They said they would re-imburse us, and never did.

This would be the 3rd time shopping with Best Matress, and I can guarantee you I'll be back a 4th time. I've shopped for family and always direct my friends to these guys because the prices are reasonable and the discounts are satisfying. They EXCEL in customer service, which is sorely lacking in the consumer world right now. I bought my king sized bed set right before closing, and had my purchase delivered before noon the very next day. They were professional, clean, and in and out in 20 minutes. Manager Kevin!! Thanks for being so helpful and assisting me with my needs. You guys are awesome. Thank you so much!

The only issues I had was the salesperson was not wearing a mask. I didn’t say anything but the guy should smell the coffee as the sign on entrance says must wear a mask.
