The older gentleman did a great job on my daughter’s nails and the price was reasonable. However when we came in no one acknowledged us for about a good 5 min I would’ve left but my baby needed her nails done for her birthday and it was already 5pm. I will go back that was my only issue hopefully won’t happen again.

Horrible communication & customer service. I went in and they told me it’ll be a 40 minute wait i said I’d come back. First I asked for an appointment and they wouldn’t give it to me. But said it was fine to come back. I returned in 30 minutes and the nails ladies looked at each other and look at me and say ooo she came back. Then proceeded to tell me she didnt know someone getting a pedi was also getting a full set. She gave me a run around and I just asked her what r u telling me can u take me & she said no. Mind you there was 5 workers in there. Waste of an hour of my time. They don’t even deserve one star.

I went specifically for removal of my acrylic nails. They sat me down tried pick them off and then said they could not remove them because it would hurt to much so they just clipped them and filled them instead. Of course it was going to hurt they were trying to rip them off, they never even soaked my fingers.

I went in on the 23rd of March to get me a full set done for my bday and the lady totally messed up my nails, they should just shut down shop, my husband and I got pedicures his mani and my full set was over $200 and she clearly needs to wear glasses I have to go somewhere to get the polish off and re polished, I would never go to her again, then tried to steady offer clear coat to my husband after he had to tell her no more than twice.

I walked in a little late, and they still took us and did a wonderful job. My nails are well done, and I had a pleasant experience.

Was going to give them a try but they aren't even open hours don't match Google. After reading the reviews I don't think I'm missing much would have been nice if the person answering the phone earlier gave accurate info.
