This is a store you want to avoid at all cost. The employee Henry will try and hustle you in to purchasing phones or accessories thinking this is a good investment. I paid Henry $20 cash to switch my contacts into my new phone that has has more problems than the phone I replaced. Henry pocketed the money as he said against company policy then charged me for a screen protector that he was giving me free since I was purchasing a phone from him. The Galaxy A15 is garbage, I have a 1 year warranty and insurance on the phone and was told by the owner Ricky along with Henry that it couldn't be replaced or a better phone. Ricky the owner is not a consumer person and after speaking with the technical support team my phone had something wrong with it. Ricky claimed to be able to fix my phone but the trained technician professionals couldn't fix! Avoid this store at all cost cause they don't care for there customers just the money. Henry's solution to the problem was for me to purchase another phone costing more money and me to have another phone when my original phone don't work properly! Avoid this store and use another Boost if you need in person help!!

We came to this store after having a lot of issues with our online Boost purchase. Dabrel was amazing at helping us out and helping us to communicate with the online customer service team. It took longer than we had expected, but Dabrel was great and stayed late until we were all set up with our plan. Thanks so much - this will make our road trip so so much easier ?
