Okay I've been in the app reading everything seeing what my options are for an upgraded phone,, and there are none even though ive been a customer for about two to three years made all payments on time except two were hours late due to changing bank account information, now it says Boost rewards loyal customers ,forgive me but I dont understand what I have to do to get an upgraded phone on that maybe has the tech capabilities to run live wallpaper? It also states that members get exclusive offers and deals,??? Wheres mine ? ive never received any of which the websites speak of ,, everytime my phone gets turned off to charge, all of the settings seem to reset themselves to whatever it feels like on its own lately everytime I update the software it seems as if the software is regressing not updating its going backwards!! what's the deal Boost mobile????!!! Can you help???

Not helpful nor courteous since I didn't purchase my new device from them but only bought a sim card from them. Wouldn't help me with the activation issue I was experiencing. I'll just go a little farther out of my way when I do have another need...like a new device.

Best boost mobile I have went to by far… read some negative reviews about not helping or service being bad or store being closed. Been coming to Ricky for about 5 years now best service, best deals, and best customer service. Definitely worth the experience

Ricky the owner went above and beyond for me. I had a small issue and he resolved it in a quick and professional manner. He got me into the iPhone 16e that I wanted and I’m greatful for him.
