Worst Boost Mobile ever I've only been please go to anyone but them I've been with them for only 2 months and and my phone stopped working so I went to the mobil store and I was told they can't help me call the company since I have insurance on the and the I was told to turn my phone in and wait for3-5 business days for my new phone to come in so I'm inconvenienced for a week without a phone I really I hate this phone company.

Jay is truly amazing.He really went above and beyond with the service the past couple days.my internet service got cancelled due to non payment,as I fell on hard times. And instead of charging me for new equipment, he took my number and made some calls to see what he could do and within a few hours he got back to me and my internet was back on .no extra charge . Thanks so much jay. With everything priced so high now a days ,and being a single mom , its truly a blessing people like you still exist in customer service.You are very good at what you do thanks again 😊
