Had a 0700 appointment checked in 0625 gave me a door 0654 was empty and leaving by 0755

A great place to unload. Had a 7:30 am appt. Got they’re at 5 parked in stage lot at entrance.
Blind side back. Manager knocked on the door about 5:30. Was done by 6:30.
If you come up MLK don’t take a left on Carter then Clayton that one block is NO TRUCKS.
stay on MLK to W brooks. Make a left. Go to Clayton make a right.
That blind side back for stages no is right. Make sure to keep close to the other parked trucks. Other wise you won’t have room to swing around on left side do to employ parking lot.

I heard they had starting at 4 AM so I showed up at 415 and I was behind a bunch of other trucks.
I checked in my appointment was for 630 and I am leaving at 7:05 AM and the trailer is clean. They didn't leave a mess.
There is a bunch of sleepy truckers held in to the overnight parking nose first after they got empty.
Remember, they don't have any restaurants here or restroom

Originally my appointment friday 5 am . We are late for delivery they open 4 am to 10am
Monday to Friday receiving. Tuesday we come and they accept without appointment
8 am check in 9:45 am checkout. Overall staff are nice and fast unloading overnight parking also available

Where do I start from the moment I ring the buzzer to enter the gate I was rudely being spoken too by the a man name Lewis let me explain I couldn't find the bol quickly enough for him and I kindly asked him what may the numbers start with because on my paper work There are a bunch of number the man Lewis than said you truck drivers act like you don't know where the bol is rudly than he hung the phone up and I couldn't get into the gate so I ring the bell again than he said pull in an come to shipping and receiving there's a lock on the door so he had to open the door to get my bol well he almost hit me with the door and I immediately step back and let start off by saying Goodmorning its 6am remember than he immediately snatched my paper out my hand he need to be warned not to talk to drivers like that because it could possibly get harmed I felt threatened he was all in my face as if I caused him harm i will be reaching out to his supervisor which i made an effort to get his information victor barrera needs to talk to him about customer service thankyou for reading ..
