I have been to the workshop a couple of times for different reasons and the service has not always been good, but the last few times Esteban has helped me it has been a different experience, very pleasant and always trying to solve my needs. My experience with Caliber Collision (4527 Losee Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89081) has been nothing short of extraordinary. Esteban Ramirez was the person that assisted me the whole step of the way, and he was the consummate professional. He kept me abreast of the entire process and never made me feel as if I was a bother.
After I received my car back from them (Esteban delivered my car straight to my place of employment, which was much appreciated!) he patiently explained to me the items that they repaired.
I would highly recommend Caliber Collision as their customer service is exceptional!
The people that they have working for them TRULY care for their customers. I hope that I never have to see them again, but if I ever had to, I know that I'd be in good hands.

Outstanding Collision Estimator!
I had a great experience working with Miguel
at caliber collision . They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. From the moment I brought my car in, they explained the damage clearly and gave me a detailed estimate that was both fair and accurate.
What impressed me most was their communication—they kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I understood what was going on. They answered all my questions with patience and confidence, which really put me at ease.

Miguel at Caliber Collision was phenomenal! Even though there was a delay with my repair, he kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I was informed about all the important details. I really appreciated his honesty, transparency, and the genuine care he showed throughout the process. It’s rare to find someone who communicates so well and truly wants to get your vehicle back to you in the best shape possible. Highly recommend working with Miguel, he made a stressful situation so much easier to manage!

. It's had no choice was the quickest way to repair my car because somebody had hit me while the car was parked. Sort of like a scratch. Several scratches on the bumper anyhow called their insurance company which was Geico. Talk to somebody at caliber when they drop the car off. That was pretty smooth and fast. Left the car there for a week. Told them that you know don't give me my car back. Messed up. My car is nice. Clean it didn't have many imperfections. Anyhow, week later get the car back + first of all I got it back extremely dirty. One of the wheels was actually peeling because whatever they used to wash it they had a bunch of overspray on it. It was a bunch of spots that were not even related to the accident that were left on the black paint + after 5 days or 4 days of being there. That car should be immaculate and it's not. It was dirty on the inside. It had all kind of scuffs and dirt from maybe handprints or whatever it was not taking care of while in their possession. And also when I got it back it was not a good job. $1,700 worth of the other person's insurance that they just did a terrible job. Now the paint's not great. My Wheels peeling and matter of fact I just found another spot that from the heat cuz it's been hot. It's starting to bubble up so I do not recommend this place whatsoever. It just they treat you as a whatever or whatever. They don't care about your car. They just care about their insurance money cuz I had another quote that was only $682. I should have just paid out of my own pocket to have it done right instead of now. The car is obviously not a good job. They just didn't do a good job. I would not return or recommend anybody to go there. I am completely disappointed this place sucks I would not 🚫 ever trust this place the body shop is incompetent 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Why would I want to email you? Why would I want you to redo my car? I don't think so. I don't want nothing to do with this place. I don't trust you people. There's no way I'm taking my car back for anything. I might as well pay out of my own pocket to have it fixed. You need to retrain your staff on how to properly do body work properly, paint and properly give the car back to the customer. That's what you need to do

I was recently rear-ended, and through the insureds insurance company Progressive. I was referred to Caliber Collision on Losee Rd in N Las Vegas. Esteban Ramirez took me through their process. I was very impressed with his commitment to get my care repaired timely. He communicated with me during the process, and met the time commitment. My car’s bumper looks like new. In the 106 degree Las Vegas heat and through lunch hour traffic, I easily found Caliber. I was referred Progressive insurance . I was apprehensive about the whole process
That all changed, I walked into a bright, clean5 reception area where I checked. In Minutes Esteban Ramirez, Service Advisor brought us out to my 2023 Dodge Durango
Professional, and knowledgeable about his trade, he explained the whole repair process. He called twice to update us on the vehicle repairs. Our Durango was ready ahead of schedule looking like brand new. Thank you for a job well done
