Long story short my vehicle was.there for more than 2 months. Completion date kept getting delayed. Asked why and they said they found some other damage that needed repair. Everytime I called they always said it's going to paint tomorrow. Both me and my wife called repeatedly always told us different stories. They were paying for the rental after a month in. Said they called the rental place and paid it up but they never did. Our card got charged multiple times. Always had to call back to see what was happening never got up front respones or the truth from any of them not the receptionist or Jose or the manager. Also when the vehicle came back it was so dirty from over spray and sanding it was unreal. Pics attached for proof.FINALLY the shop manager went on vacation thank God. Because the regional manager watched his shop while he was gone Jermey was his name. He got all the rental paid up and got the vehicle into paint. Which we was told it was already painted multiple times mind you. I do not recommend this place at all. All you get is lies and the run around well unless jersey takes over.

Had a great experience. I went in for an estimate only and based on the great attention I received from Raul Umanzor I decided to do my job with this company. I appreciate his communication in every step of the repair. Thank you Caliber, thank you Raul.

Got my truck back in a timely manner and work was done properly. No complaints.
Raul was the estimator that assisted me and he was very straight forward and very helpful when i had any questions or needed any other assistances. Highly recommend. Will definitely return if needed.

After a horrible hit and run, my brand new car’s side mirror was torn off and hanging by wire. I never realized how much I rely on it for driving and just the overall feeling of safety. Not to mention, it is not a good look to be driving around with my side mirror barely hanging on. Of course, I failed a claim with my insurance company and honestly felt worse after. I did some research and found Caliber Collision. I also heard great things from neighbors on the Air Force base where we live. They were in an accident and had a great experience here after walking in simply due to how close it was to the base. I remember being shocked at how fast their car was fixed and impressed by the quality of the repairs. It was like a brand new car again. Today, we brought our car in and the first interaction we had was extremely comforting and reassuring. We received excellent customer service from the initial phone call and have continued to every step of the way. We are currently waiting for a courtesy ride to pick up our rental car in their lobby. It’s clean, comfortable and inviting. There is a cute area for kids to stay occupied, a tv and comfortable chairs, and even a popcorn machine with freshly made popcorn and a variety of seasonings to sprinkle on top if you’re hungry for a snack. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collisions to my friends, family and anyone in need of vehicle repairs. They are what I would classify as a luxury repair shop with affordable prices and the employees all have a genuinely understanding nature and make you feel at ease during a stressful time. I genuinely believe this is a trustworthy business and I feel that my vehicle is in the absolute best of care. Hopefully, I won’t have to return again for obvious reasons. However, if I do need another repair, I would be happy to have it done here.

I had repairs done on our Ford Fusion, due to body damage. Matt was my estimator and service advisor. Matt did a great job of keeping me informed of the daily status. Good quality work was done.
