We visited the Cannery to dine at the Carve Restaurant. The entire experience was exceptional, from the hostess, the wait staff to the food. The food was done to perfection. The wine selection is adequate and when one guest complained that his wine was stale, it was quickly replaced from an unopened bottle without question. Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere soothing. I recommend dining here.

Great customer service, clean room and good location. Casino and restaurants are clean and nice. We got in the elevator and the cleaning staff was washing the walls of the elevator. I truely appreciate the effort and cleanliness. I really wanted to give it 5 stars. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the water pressure in the shower was TERRIBLE. Normally I can get over something like that but we stayed 5 days. Showering and trying to wash my hair was super annoying. Even my husband struggled with the water pressure. It would make me second guess staying for a long period. Also, the house keeping staff was nice but super loud first thing in the morning. Yelling back and forth to eachother. They were a few rooms apart and talking like they were in a loud concert. I just didn't think it was super professional but it wouldn't keep me from staying there. We left the do not disturb sign on the door all week because I didn't really need them to come in and clean. The hotel staff called my cell 3 days into my stay just to check on me to make sure we didn't need the room cleaned or anything else. I thought that was very attentive as well. I would stay there again but please adjust the water pressure.

I typically come here to eat. The restaurant is good. On the few times I've stayed here rooms were fine and parking was convenient.

For what this hotel offers and its convenience to the highway, it is honestly not too bad considering the location.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating, they have clean self laundry machines and free coffee.
The rooms are typical hotel rooms, nothing fancy and have a mini fridge. Besides the occasional rowdy guest being inappropriate, the hotel is above average for the area.
Walkability: Close to restaurants and gas stations

Customer service was excellent! I had a Penske truck parked in oversized parking and security was wonderful. Rooms were nice!

I had the accessible room. The room was clean. However, in terms of accessibility, they need to improve. The room did not have much maneuverability. The handrail in the bathroom was too high. The thermostat was too high. The bed was too high.
I must also say, there aren’t enough disabled parking spots! We were there 3 days and each time we had to park, we had difficulty finding a spot that was close. Twice we had to park in a regular spot and my husband had to deploy my lift to let me out before he could fully park. Then, I had to wait outside the van for him to pull out of the spot in order to deploy the ramp for me to get in the van.
I don’t understand why hotels don’t have disabled consultants help them make these accessible rooms, truly accessible.

My room was old but SPOTLESS. the housekeeping staff needs a raise because that place was the cleanest I’d been in for a long time. Hotel was older and people next door would not shut up (thin walls). Front desk and restaurant was very pleasant to deal with and friendly.
