THIS PLACE IS SUPER GHETTO I HAD A APPOINTMENT FOR 2 WEEKS ONLY TO GET THERE AND THE BANKER TOO BUSY SO SHE PASSES ME TO ANOTHER BANKER WHO SITS ME DOWN AND IS RUNNING BACK AND FOURTH BETWEEN ME AND CUSTOMERS WITH NO APPOINTMENT NO VALUE FOR MY TIME WHAT SO EVER IM GOING TO GET MY MONEY OIT THIS BANK TODAY THEY CALL IT CHASE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE CHASING A BANKER TO GET YOUR MFN MONEY

There are two ATMs that are inside the breezeway of the building; there are no external ATMs other than the drive-up, which of course will have lines.The ATMs inside carry 5's, 20's and 100's only. No 50's. There is also a $500 withdrawal limit if you're not a Chase customer.

This bank always takes forever, a few points that make coming to a bank annoying: 1 - only 1 to 2 tellers working. 2 - everything to meet a banker is meeting only. 3 - getting assistance is difficult through calling chase bank. 4 - no assistance or advice on an easier way to communicate/do tasks through chase app or physical bank. Also with a bank I should be able to take as much money as I'd like in any denomination I'd like. I understand coin shortage ect. But a bill shortage? I feel as if I should call the bank and ask if they have enough $1 bills for me which is kind of ridiculous in my opinion. All in all the branch is very clean, very nice but the processes in place is where it makes it 3 star bank. Not enough staff, money, information, products, or overall assistance. Things that can make it easier for business clients: 1 - direct phone line to an in house banker 2 - ability to order cash through app for pick up at branch 3 - ability to order chase blue cash/deposit bags 4 - available staff to assist without a long wait.

After I was turned down to open and account at Bank of America I went across here to try. Employees are just cruising around. I was told that everyone is busy and their calendar is book for the day to open an account. To come another day. This people should get fired especially when you see them not doing anything and turn you down. Owner of this bank is just wasting money paying for this employees who’s not doing their job. Thank God online banking exists. I don’t feel like talking to live person anyways.

worst bank ever. their atm is fraud i put my husbands check to see availability an the atm took my check with asking my consent to move forward. they have the worst customer service they do not help as much as they as they will. never answer the phone because they feel as thoe their in person clients for more valuable than the ones over the phone. -100 this bank is fruad. i wanna give them 0 stars but i can't.
