All you customers do is complain. Walking in and assuming someone can help you immediately is foolish. It doesn't matter how it looks. If the bank is empty but appointments are scheduled they have to allow time for those people to come in. If they take you and the appointment shows up. Now they are late for their appointment and people have things to do.You folks are beyond entitled. Someone asking if you have an appointment is so they can either check you in for it or check availability for the request. Why get offended by snapping back "DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?" what you need is some manners and respect for other people's time. Grow up!

Worst bank ever. Tried it out after 6 months (hoping it’ll get better, or maybe I was having bad luck) nope! Going back to my Wells Fargo, never ever had an issue trying to get my OWN money. Even the drive thru lady needed me to get down and put in my pin (so for me to get out my car to go inside, even tho I specifically went thru the drive thru window for a reason) all for $1,000! And yes I provided all proper proof/ identification- even my passport! But yet when I have account fraud, chase moves slow! But god forbid I pull out my whole money and they bank acts like ima robber. And I never am negative in the accounts, always pay my bills on time!

Horrible service from the banker that didn't even bother to stand up to introduce himself or answer at least two basic questions. The lady teller that helped me was very professional and kind. But very sad to see lazy people nowadays who doesn't stand up to say hi or just introduce the bank to them. I am a business owner looking for a new bank. Shout out to the teller for saving the day very professional thank you.

I was turned away when I walked in to add a beneficiary onto my account by two bankers that were having a casual conversation at the front of the bank. They told me I needed an appointment to perform this task and they could book it 2 weeks out for me. I went to another branch and was able to take care of it in about 5 minutes.The attitude and demeanor of both bankers was very dismissive, and rude. This branch has very poor customer service. They put an abundance of energy into sending the customer on a detour, rather than just simply providing the service they get paid to provide to people.

No one knows whats going on here especially the younger teller with glasses and the lashes shes usually the farthest from the door. We just opened up a new account and its been over a month and haven’t received a bank card, this branch is a joke.

I made the mistake of stopping in to your branch today to discuss opening a new account. 2 managers behind desks, 3 tellers and zero customers. I was asked if I had an appointment, looked around to make sure that I was the only person in the vranch and asked if I needed one ? teller said yes but maybe I can answer some questions. I explained I had specific questions re: transfers to banks out of the country and I would be making a 6 figure opening deposit. Still couldnt speak to a manager because again, no appointment, so I left. Your bank made it crystal clear you have zero interest in customer service or new business.

It just keeps getting better and better. Tonight there were several people there when we were there to use the ATM. Only problem was the ATM had no money. What a joke of a bank this bank has become.

Walked in to an empty lobby. Two bankers available and they were not able to notarized my form. I was told that I would have to make an appointment for two weeks out. Not helpful and a complete lack of service.
