This store is trash. All of the garbage bins were overflowing at the pumps. It used to be a clean store.

Stopped in this morning for gas with the $.40 off promotion. When I entered my phone number was not given the promotion and when we went inside to inquire was told they are not the technician and nothing they can do. Cashier was not helpful. If you have a promotion you should have the pumps working correctly or someone who can assist.

Nay is a terrible Terrible at customer service. I waited there for 20 minutes to get some help in the register. All she said was give me a minute. Give me a minute and when she finally. You get to the register to help me. She rudely made me use the self. Check out register when I was purchasing alcohol knowing that I needed to show my ID first. And my wife went the same issue with her the previous day

I have been going there for about 15 years. This little Mexican women tried to acuse me of not paying last time.i was there. I tried to tell her it wasn't me and she got a attitude with me. They just lost a loyal customer that went there ever day. Date 6/30/2024. I felt very disrespectful. She assured me that she didn't care. That's cool I'll give my money to someone who does care.

As the current Duke for this place, I need to tell you my story of consumer power. I first gassed up then went inside, grabbed to bottles of soda and asked for three cans of tobacco. The lady behind the counter stated that I would have to use the self checkout, which I politely declined (I never use self checkout anywhere). She said I didn't have a choice, which I quickly corrected her and said,"Sure I do! I can choose not to purchase the items." I put the soda back and was still going to purchase the tobacco but it was the same thing. EXCEPT, I'm not allowed to go behind the counter and grab the product. Instead, she asked what kind and handed them to me to scan. She said I need to show some ID, which I quickly and proudly said, "I just showed it to the cashier!" LOL! She wasn't falling for it even though without question I'm old enough. So I politely gave them back to her and told her "No thanks." Walked out got into my car and drove across the street. Folks, I know I am on the losing side since we are all being groomed to do our own checkouts saving labor, money for companies and receiving no "self checkout discounts" for shoppers. In protest, I use my consumer power and not throw a fit or anything. Now, I said that this has never happened before, why now? She simply said that they have decided to do at night. She and I spoke about the changing times, neither one of us were irritated at the other, in fact she said she agreed. I wish more people would use their consumer power at these places. I could go on but instead, I will just say go across the street, support cashier checkouts instead of self checkouts. I'll continue to go here during the day until it becomes required to checkout. However, offer a discount of say 15%, then I'll use it. Until then I'll pass.Consumer Power can be a POWERFUL TOOL.

This used to be a good store. Since they changed the manager and all new employees, it's not good at all. They are not very helpful at all and not very friendly. I will only stop here because it is close by but most times I will go across the street to Seven Eleven. I used to be a regular here...it's a shame.

Cheapest diesel in the area, they have several snack deals, and they also have a sign up today $5.99 a month for a rewards program. They also have an exclusive Purple Thunder Mountain Dew drink but was churning so I wasn't able to try. This place is paradise of snacks galore they have everything! Inside was clean and FULLY stalked from drinks, Snacks, hot foods, deli items and even breakfast foods. The best thing was even a self serve service, was so easy and convenient, my new favorite gas station!!!

Lately I just use the atm and walk to another gastation because the one cashier working has 6 or 8 people in line .(Its three workers in the store)The last 5 visits this week I left out cause of long lines and slowness .I spend round 20 or more a visit.I live in the neighborhood.

We went in to get our morning coffee and I noticed how clean and fully stocked and neat the store was. I asked who stocked this store and it was Crishone, she had excellent customer service and had the store on point truly a circle k superstar. Great job Cishone I give you an A this morning! Oh thank heaven for circle k!
