The customer service is Awesome but the drive thru ATM is hardly ever working properly or at all. Also the trash by this ATM is disgusting, not a good look.

Love this branch. I have been banking with Citi for over 10 years, but the staff here is nicest and most knowledgeable around. Management here must being doing something right to keep such a solid crew together.

I currently bank with them in every sense it has not been good they have not provided me good service and they also have been giving me wrong information all the time I deposit money into my account And I took a MONTH Then I decide to go inside for my next check to deposit in They said it was going to take a week I was OK with that it's better than a month the week is rolling up and they don't tell anybody that they blocked my card for no reason then I call they tell me it's not open to call today which is a holiday I asked him if they were going to answer he told me yes when I called they told me was a holiday and to call back on regular business days I'm so through with this company Not to mention the Supervisor told me all this stuff so nobody in your company knows what they're doing and that's bad because they're dealing with money not anybody's money but my money that I worked really really hard for And here's the cherry on top I spoke to a supervisor and asked them to speak to their head she hung up in my face In my book I wouldn't recommend anybody to you guys you guys don't even deserve a half a star

Citibank in Nevada off Deer Springs Branch manager Laureen and her wonderful employee Sara have the best customer service skills and go out of there way to help you. It was the worest experience with a bunch online . But they will go above and beyond . I went to two other branches in Nevada and they had horrible customer service skills as the people for Citibank on the phone. The manager from Maryland doesn't help all she did was send me away and the one off Tropicana and Pacos the branch manager and employee , he the branch manager tall white man didn't even talk to me walked away and the lady Rosa just humered and they saw me sitting there upset and confused. I truly felt he was a little racist. A white lady with tattoos that came after me he spoke to and helped but me the Mexican with tattoos he didn't even speak to Only good employee off Tropicana is Ben the teller. If you want true help go to the branch off Deer Springs everyone their seemed to want to help. But especially Laureen and Sara let them teach everyone else how to help and not help just to work for a pay check. Laureen, Sara , and Ben thank you I hope Citibank never lose you it will be a true lose for them.

Closed on a Saturday?! This is the closest bank to me. Now if i have large transaction that requires in person service or a wire transfer, i have to drive to another far off location. When they are open, service is okay.

Absolute morons, went in today may 11, 18 at 2:30pm to make a cash payment towards my credit card, I handed the cashier my current I.D with my payment. She asked for my last ssn, which ok she asked what credit card , I replied ugh my credit card, she asked the last 4numbers on my card, I kind of didn't remembered, she asked what was the balance, my goodness, they have everything ID, the last 4digits of SSN, this is ridiculous to make a a payment and make it a headache for their paying customers, THANK GOD I BANK THRU CHASE, WELLS FARGO never had an issue with my payments, I only cane here because I noticed the bank for the 1st time and was like oh I can make a credit card payment, NIGHTMARE
