This location has the worse employees especially the light skin woman with the braids. She has the worse customer service . Just ratchet. She smacked on candy and gum while speaking on her headset the whole time while servicing so she messed up my cashback request, and wouldn’t refund me my money. My daughter and my husband went into this location on September 18 around 7 AM . And the cashier which was an older type black lady , stole six dollars from my daughter when she came in to get waters and gas. And then wanted to sit there and argue and say that she did not steal the six dollars my daughter handed her $26 and she laid it out on the counter which will show on video footage. FIRST OFF I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM A LEGIT THIEF !!!!!!
And then on the receipt, it only showed $20 that was given to her . And ended up only putting about $16 on gas and bought the waters with the other. My daughter didn’t realize what happened until she went and gave the receipt to my husband. When my husband seen the receipt, he went back into the store and said hey you messed up can I get the rest put on the gas tank and the cashier started arguing with my husband saying that she only gave her $20 not $26 . And then there was a line of customers and the lady started acting irate and my husband said OK. I’m just gonna have my wife call your manager you know I’m not gonna get into a tiff with you. And then she proceeded to say that she was gonna call the police because my wife threatened her which my husband never threatened her and the security guard as well as the supervisor on shift, said that my husband had never threatened her and she was trying to call the cops on my husband And her supervisor was telling her not to because he didn’t do anything wrong . This lady does not need to be working in the Customer Service field at all . Im usually not the one to sit here and make a review on someone’s business, but what I am gonna say is it if she doesn’t get fired or have serious repercussions and a change attitude towards customers, we will not be going to the store at all anymore, and we usually stop here every morning to get gas . This is ridiculous. It needs to be addressed immediately. She disrespected my husband in front of my daughter, and I am not OK with it .

Rudeness was through the roof, filled up 2 vehicles with fuel and lady’s behind the counter gave us a hard time when we went to fill up empty water bottles. Tried to charge us 50 cents a bottle.

Horribly rude cashier. I politely asked if I could get water and was told i would need to pay for it—to put in my own water bottle! Even after paying over $80 at the fuel pump 😡

Super cheap and decently priced gas! Friendly staff and security guard, too! Plus super clean bathrooms (at least for sure the women’s bathroom is, I assume the men’s is as well…)! Definitely visiting again!!! Great first impression!!!

Thursday morning and lights are off at 1:30am. Thankfully 2 other gas stations on the corner. Nothing posted on the door either. 🤷♂️

They're holding my money hostage . I was just trying to put gas, and they made me put my $100 bill in one of their slot machines. Now the money is not coming out on their end and they have me here waiting like that's my issue. I'm in the middle of work. They say they can't give me my money from the register because the clerk will get in trouble. We'll know the whole store will get my complain to pucn and bbb.

Not the lowest gas prices. Regularly out of coins so they shortchange you instead of short-changing themselves. Constant issues with the pumps. Store is clean most of the time, employees are friendly enough.

Closed, last customer is leaving. Then I see 4 people slowly walking out. This store and the one across the street are both closed at 3:30 am. A gas station in Vegas. In the 30 years I have lived here, this is becoming more frequent. Lame.

I got stuck here almost an hour due to a mechanical issue with my motorcycle. During my stay, I shopped for few things. Manager and the clerk are awesome people. They were very friendly and helpful. They have the cleanest restroom among Las Vegas gas stations. The location is busy and a little bit rough. But management do their best to keep their place remain safe and pleasant place shop. I will return when I will be in the area. Keep up the good work guys.
