Something was wrong when I had to move services from OKC to Las Vegas and the lady that set up my internet did not bother to move my OKC service and I got billed anyway....
And had to spend an hour on customer service afterwards :D yay! so much fun!

I really had a bad experience with the store manager Edward Nicholas Zarndt he was rude after I told him I needed to change my monitor he refused to change it .I called the rancho location and they told me to come in Every one was nice except Nicholas.0 star.

Been with cox for 4 years . I have the internet service.. When my promotion ran out my internet bill went to 150 a month .. When looking on their website they advertise the exact same internet I have for 110 a month.. I called customer service and they would only help me if I got the mobile phone package and would not help get my internet bill back down to a reasonable price.. Think it's time to find another provider ?

Tammy (Tamara Rodriguez) scammed me into getting a bundle back in December. Told me my bill would be 88$, which was a lie. I’ve been paying 150$ for both Internet and mobile. She NEVER gave me the promotion or even tried to fix it. She has been ignoring my calls and messages since January. Cox WiFi is trash. The signal goes out everyday when I work from home. Horrible customer service from the live agents to the billing department and retention department.
