Went on Saturday morning and waited over 20 minutes along with 15 other customers! This location NEVER opened while I was there! I was told by others in line, that this was not the first incident! This location needs to shut down. Cox is bad enough as a business, but their staff are very good! This location is representing what Cox cable was and is doing to customers over 25 years later. As soon as I can, I'm going back to Xfinity! Until then, being stuck with less than substandard service and being treated like it is differently a choice! Leave this location alone and go to where you'll be appreciated.

My service interrupted 5 times in 8 days. I lost a lot of money, it took 5 calls to comp my bill. I lost more than as I work from home. I asked for manager and I get hung up on. Worst service ever. John at customer was rude. I'm going to the media about this for a news report. I had enough BS!!!

This is NOT a cox store, this is an authorized retail store and they’re going to up charge, try to add on packages and fees. Go to a real cox store I’m warning you!

The WORST customer service. Staff playing with each other instead of working with the six customers waiting. Missing people in line. Giving high fives to other staff when they come in and then disappearing in the back while the six customers continued to wait for over 30 minutes. I would have left, but I was afraid this was standard COX service and couldn't afford to lose another 30 minutes of my life trying to return their equipment.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I went to set up my internet for 49.99 as advertised. The women here said I would have to pay 49.99 PLUS 14.99+taxes for a modem rental, and that I should get the higher tear so that the modem was included which would have been 75+taxes. I went to Walmart to buy my self a modem instead of paying the 14.99 and an actual Cox rep was there he signed me up and said I would only pay 49.99 with the modem included and who ever was at this location was trying to up sale me. Just trying to scam people!! Do not go here this is an authorized seller but not an actual cox store. Stay away!

I want to Thank Alex C. for going Above and Beyond to show me how to install my product that I picked up from them!!! Opened the box and showed me exactly where to install the product!! Just switched from Century Link!! Family Happy with Switch!!!Thanks again Alex C !

Great Great customer service again from Cox we went to change service and we were greeted and helped by Juliana she set up everything we needed to make moving smooth and easy she is great at her job best in Las vegas Cox that we have been too she is reason we will be staying with Cox !

Worst customer service EVER! After 2 years of communicating with this company to CANCEL certain services from my account they failed to do so! Then when you try to leave or cancel no one seems to be available to speak to you over the phone! I have recorded conversations with named agents, I have emails, and text messages from named agents that leave such a ridiculous paper trail of unacceptable services! This company lies to its consumers! Then making it difficult to cancel ar leave!! Agent named Regina kept asking, "are you sure, we can drop your monthly rate to 77.00." For a company to beg is quite disgusting. I am so happy to report that i left cox and am now with t-mobile paying only $55.00!! Try and beat that!! Leave this horrible place!!!
