The service was excellent. Kathy was very nice and helped me with so many things through my anxieties and everything and she was nice and kind. I recommend the storage to anyone. It was safe it was clean yeah .

Kathy was great! Walked us through the whole thing and made sure our code worked. Very helpful and friendly! Reasonable prices and clean spaces.

Great, reliable place with easy access and choices on size of units. I do appreciate the having to use a gate code to leave. Adds a little extra security. And the staff are warm and friendly. I recently wrapped up using their facilities after finding a permanent living situation and I'll be recommending them to friends that might need a place to put their things.

Was renting here for a few months and I will say it was the easiest process to move in AND out. Kathy is just overall amazing and very informative. She was very sweet as well.

Kathy thank you. I decided to do my bucket list from Hawaii to Arizona Las Vegas Texas Connecticut Pennsylvania Washington State California. 3 years of Travel every time I called Crown moving and Storage the manager was polite knowledgeable about the security of my unit. I like to thank you and RDN crown storage for pricing and liow cost insurance protection for my household goods.

I have my things there for almost 3 years now. And haven't been there to look. But I trusted this storage with much stuff. When I went to ook yesterday and my things were broken into turned upside down. I had my things in there organized. Someone been in there and this really vandalized my storage. And I don't know if anything's taking cause. I was so disgusted that I just left. And when I went to go tell them what had happened all of they said is that they tried to call me and said that the latch was bent.

The unit’s are super clean, the whole place stays clean, Ms. Kathy in the office is amazing absolutely love her. So helpful prices are great and she goes above and beyond to make sure you taken care of.

It was a storage it was fairly priced I was able to place my items there when I wanted to and take them out when I wanted to it means all of the requirements of being a storage

I give this place 4 stars, because Lynette is extraordinary at customer service. A skill which I believe no businesses are concerned with anymore. But even 4 is a stretch because their prices are easily beat by two other storage facilities within a mile, and the other worker seems a bit like standard Vegas hustler.

Very bad service, don’t have good customer service, not secure and definitely not professional at all. I rented a storage for a few months and always noticed since day one they had homeless people living in a storage unit, that was very uncomfortable but I stayed there because it was the closest storage to my house. I have found a better storage 5 min more from there but very good customer service, clean, secure and cheaper. Wouldn’t recommend crown self storage at all.

Kathy is so frustrating to work with at first she is so nice and hypocrite and make you think she is going to be so easy to work with and to help you out with issues you may have but after you’ve sign the lease she is not helpful at all, as well as the other lady that is there on Sunday Lynette or whatever her name is. Don’t recommend you to rent here at all. There is also 2 homeless people there all the time, they rent a storage there and literally live there they even have a refrigerator plugged in. And they also had some break-ins. Thankfully im not renting there anymore and don’t recommend it at all.
