I like their shelf system, it is easy to find the products or some medications that do not require a prescription, their prices are affordable, the service is good and they also have bilingual staff.

The worst CVS! It's always extremely busy; there's no pharmacy drive-thru; and every time I refill my prescriptions, there's some type of issue.

I personally like coming here, but literally evertime I go someone is shoplifting. Just walking out with piles of things. They should really invest I'm armed security, It's becoming ridiculous.

The only thing that sucked about this trip to your store was that there wasn't a single ice cream product to buy at the time, it's understandable with the beginning of there summer sale and the prices that there ice cream was(i would be shocked if there ever able to stock and keep it stocked while the sale happens)but with it being as hot as it is in Las Vegas it's something that every store/company should try to never run out of, but other than that it was a great experience, found everything else I was wanting, the employees at the pharmacy and at checkout were helpful and very kind.. I don't think I've ever seen any store as tidy as this acavS was at this location that day and was amazed with how amazing there summer sale prices were, it blew my mind

Sophia is a Terrible employee and the reason they have terrible reviews ... I had been going to the cvs pharmacy on flamingo and maryland for a long time even tho I live 35min away because they use to have great customer service, you could tell they cared about their customers but recently the staff changed and so did their customer service, I moved to the Lake mead and civic center location because its near me hoping it'd be better but very quickly came across the pharmacist Sophia, as patient as I tried being, this is the third time I've had to put up with her, she is extremely rude, and dry, you can tell she couldn't care less about customer service, as she tries her very least to help anyone, it bothers me alot because she is dealing with people's health, people's medicine, but she hides her unhappiness with her job behind the front of being strict but I know for a fact she is just being difficult because she makes things harder then they need to be every single time, even when you try your best to sound nice and give her the benefit of the doubt, its very evident that she just wants to send you on your way and doesn't care one bit about your situation, I know I'm allowed to pick up my medication after 28 days because its something that I have done many times in other cvs as well as my doctor has told me so but she makes it very veeeery uncomfortable, and makes me reach out to my Dr even when my Dr says to me thats not necessary at all, I know its just her because in about 15 years of going to cvs pharmacies no one has ever done that except her. I know customers can be very rude at them at times and so for that reason I always keep my tone down and try my best to let them know I understand them as well as I stay patient but oh my goodness does she push my buttons, she's the reason I'm looking into going to a different pharmacy even though this one is only 5 minutes from my house.

Cvs racially profiled the white couple. Then as my girl and I looking for super glue. They again with attitude profiles us and made her very embarrassed and uncomfortable by call three security profiles.

You're able to pay rent with cash here. Beware though, this area is not the safest. A guy came up to the counter and looked like he was about to grab the cash that I was handing to the employee

Worker keeps yelling at students to get out when done nothing wrong. Workers also insulted someone for having special needs.

The employees keep kicking me and my friends out. Even though we’re not trying to steal anything and even left our backpacks at the front, and it’s very annoying bruh. Supposedly there’s a rule where minors cannot go in without any adults anymore, which I don’t think is true?? I checked online on the official site for any type of age restrictions and there was nothing about minors not being able to enter with an adult. Anyways don’t go here ?? was just tryna buy some mascara

I recommend CV'S because I can find anything I could need, from a light bulb, office supplies and even ice cream.
