For the Clinic at CVS: What an amazing experience for something I was so nervous about. Thank you to Izella the wonderful nurse for making me feel comfortable. She's a blessing to this location

I've never encountered a more disorganized, frustrating, and frankly unprofessional pharmacy than the CVS on W Craig RD. This place is a cesspool of inefficiency wrapped in incompetence.
First off, the cleanliness is non-existent. Shelves are dusty, floors are sticky, and the overall ambiance screams neglect. But that's just the tip of the iceberg. The real horror show is in the pharmacy department.
The pharmacy service here moves at a glacial pace, not because they're busy, but because they seem to be stuck in a time warp where efficiency is a foreign concept. Waiting times are atrocious, and it's not because of high demand; it's purely due to their snail-paced operations.
Stock issues? Oh, they've got them in spades. Medications are perpetually out of stock. Whether it's a common painkiller or a life-sustaining prescription, expect it to be unavailable. It's almost as if they're trying to see how many times they can inconvenience you before you give up.
And let's talk about the prescriptions. Every single electronic prescription my doctor sends seems to require "clarification." Why? Is your system from the 90s? Or is it just an excuse to delay everything further? The constant back-and-forth between the pharmacist and my doctor is beyond ridiculous. It's clear this isn't about patient care but about sheer incompetence or perhaps a lack of basic understanding of how electronic prescriptions work.
I've dealt with pharmacies across various states, but this CVS takes the cake for the worst experience by far. If you value your time, sanity, or health, steer clear. Find another pharmacy where they respect both their customers and the medical professionals who serve them.
- Only because zero isn't an option.

I saw that someone gave my peeps one star !! There's NO WAY that they should EVER get one star. Either the customer was having a bad day or there was some type of miscommunication cuz I unfortunately have to pick up meds there nearly 2-3 times a week and I never have ANY PROBLEMS. I've been following Marin from store to store for nearly 20 years and this Craig store is the one that has made me feel the most cared for and understanding !!!! I'd give them all (the techs, etc) 10 π stars if I could. I Love this store and the people working there so much that I drive all the way from Charleston and Hollywood to go to Craig and MLK. So again, 1 π- NO WAY, they are simply AWESOME from the store section to the Pharmacy !!!!! πππππππππππππ

OMG WOW!
I pulled up to the pharmacy drive-thru window at 1: 57. I know they are usually at lunch until 2:00 so I waited behind two other cars.. 20 minutes pass by and no one is out the window. The car behind me decides to leave. Not too long after the car in front of me backs out and leaves too. So it is 2: 28 and I decide to call the store to see if the pharmacy is closed. I get ahold of the front store staff and I asked if the pharmacy is closed and he says no it is open until 10 pm. And then I said I meant right now I ask because a couple of us cars have been waiting at the window for over 30 minutes now and no one has come to the window. He sounded shocked and then said no one has come to the window okay let me go see what's going on. So he hangs up..
The reason I didn't mind waiting was because I figured maybe they took their lunch late and that they would be open by 2:30. What's 230 pass is when I started to get concerned.
Finally the car in front of me decides he is tired of waiting and he leaves too.
So I pull up to the window, and then a pharmacist comes to the window greets me and says sorry the drive-thru window is closed. And then he put up a piece of paper that said closed and taped it to the window and then told me that I'm welcome to come inside if I'd like... And then I politely asked even for a quick pick up? He said yes. Sorry and walked away. :-l almost 40 minutes of patiently waiting..
Ouch.. I just I am at a loss for words.

This is usually a great store with great people but the young man who assisted me by unlocking a cabinet had an attitude and was rude . When I brought this to his attention he decided to want to start an argument.

Call me crazy, but if the hours say the store is open til 10pm, shouldn't the store still be open at 9:45pm? Worker just looked at me while on the phone and walked away.

Worst pharmacy ever! They give you the go around about your prescriptions give you a deceiving order of things for you to run out of medication after the dosage has been changed so that you run out of pills before hand and then donβt want to run the fill the way they said they would in order to have you looking at the option of paying for medication instead of insurance, they now doubled on the laziness and lack of customer service that they not only stopped answering calls making it that you can only leave voicemails but with all the workers there they still also added to the list closing the drive thru making lots of us who struggle walking go inside to sometimes big lines to get our medication which while system shows theyβre ready, they want you to wait a whole hour there to get them cause theyβre not ready! Hope karma eats at them someday n are treated the way we are so they can feel the frustration theyβre making us feel with their incompetence!
