Horrible service at this pharmacy
Its sad that the people you guys bring from a different store go to this store to give horrible and rude service everyone there was completely rude and didn't care one bit to help i most definitely will be taking further action with human resources everyone was rude not helpful and that supervisor that was there was from a different store didn't care one bit to help and refused to give me her name this incident was Sunday march 30 from 1:20-1:45 please check the cam so disrespectful how they don't even care to let you know hey we will close for lunch they just shut the blinds in your face after i was waiting in the drive threw before 1:30 what kind of customer service is that ? I was completely ignored i walked in and same thing supervisor claimed she could not give me her name because she was in lunch but she was able to tell me that 🤯

Sharonda from the photo department went above and beyond to help me while we were printing out holiday cards. She took the time to look into our account and called me back twice to verify items. She’s a rockstar!

I had an amazing experience at CVS Pharmacy on Losee and Centennial thanks to Christina! She is an absolute rockstar—super friendly, efficient, and an excellent multitasker. I watched her run three registers at once while also consulting with customers, and she did it all with a smile. Her customer service is truly top-notch, and she makes the entire experience so pleasant. CVS would be fools to lose her—she's a gem! Keep up the great work, Christina!

Please check the lights on the parking lot, at night it's very dark.it would be more safety especially for Seniors.

I can’t believe how many negative reviews this CVS has?! They are so great, always attentive and helpful. I think people need to chill… so quick to be mad when it’s your own impatience and ignorance… not the staff. If you’re not happy don’t cry about it just go somewhere else 🙄 I’ve never had an issue.

I just wanna say thank you very much to Pharmacist Wyneisha Edwards. And Melissa Gauda. They are always so kind and understanding. Both takes the time to listen and answer any questions I have. I've been going to this CVS for over 8 years all staff from the store to the pharmacy has been very pleasant and great customer service. Always on time with my meds and updates on my vaccines. One of the best CVS in town.

I'm VERY surprised at the negative reviews for CVS. I have had several pharmacies before going to this CVS (on Losee Rd) and they were awful, but CVS not only persists with my doctors, but go above and beyond! Especially Michelle is so incredibly helpful and made sure to set up our profile correctly even though we have complicated insurance! We now pay much less, and yet always get our medications; it's terrific

Google says you open at 7:00am but the store sign says open at 8:00am. You need to change that. That’s false advertising 🤬😡🤬😡

I will say this pharmacy has some minor problems, but it's NOT AS BAD AS WALGREENS ON N 5TH. I've been dealing with doctors and pharmacy constantly since I was 6yrs old. So I've had my fair share of experiences. And I will tell you right now I rather deal with this CVS than the Walgreens up the street. There's only a handful of staff at the Walgreens that actually cares and aren't rude/ disrespectful. The Male pharmacist (Rex)at Walgreens is very sweet, but the female one isn't. I'm just putting this review so people know about the Walgreens up the street.

Went to check out and was absolutely ignored!!! Forced to use self check out just to get my child medicine!!!! Staff is lazy and refuse to help customers!!!!!

This is literally the absolute worst pharmacy I ever dealt with. It is so slow. Just so so slow whether you come inside or go to the drive through...I almost wish they closed the drive through and added that one person in the front so at least inside you could get somewhat decent service.
