Craig & Rancho store was nasty door broken dangerous customer almost fell over in front of me entering store it looked like hurricane went thru its hard 2 find ppl 2 work 4 low salaries thankless unappreciated position while corporations raise prices but no pay increases 4 ppl who do hardest teal work.

Store is tore all to pieces. Shelves empty but the floors are full. Workers are rude. Second time I’ve gone in there and they’re standing around talking to each other. They don’t acknowledge customers, won’t offer any kind of helping navigating the store, and have no issue making you wait while they converse. SMH. And the manager seems to be their lead influence

The place is a mess every time I go in there it's sloppy and it is my least favorite one. Last time I went there were boxes everywhere you couldn't see the shelves there was zero food in the freezers I mean it's the worst one I've ever been in!

Store was messy and dirty. Darkly lit. Shelves mostly empty. I had to turn around and walk out after 5 minutes.

???This morning a few minutes ago I was walking by and the two girls that work started to harass me as if I had committed some violation.One of the employees I recognized as the manager and from what I believe they were calling police for no reason what so ever..I never entered the store or attempted to enter nor did I think to even recognize what the employees were doing until they sat there staring at me holding phone and seemed to be calling authorities..This is what I believe to be"racial profiling" "stereotyping" and unprofessional on behalf of your employees! Please recognize and reprimand ! Furthermore I intend on taking further action to rectify this situation....

As a customer, I had a disappointing experience at Dollar Tree recently. The worker Laurie discriminated against black children who were carrying tote bags, due to “theft going up in specific area” which is completely unacceptable. Thank goodness witnesses were there to testify as well. It's important for all customers and children at that to be treated with respect and without any bias or discrimination.

I called this store looking for a lost item one of the ladies put me on hold and never checked back with me and I got disconnected I tried for over 4 hours and it kept getting a busy signal not cool

Their location is convenient but I get a little bummed because their stock is usually low. I went back 3 different times looking for candles and the shelf was empty. There's another location a few miles up the road and they have more stock on hand, but the store is not in as good condition as this location...so it's kind of a trade off. The service is non-existent. It's literally just being rung out and no greeting. I'm not upset because I have come to expect that lol.
