If there was a possibility of given 6 stars i truly would not hesitate.each and every associate that i met was very very cordial and knowledgeable !! starting with the young lady at the front desk to the lovely associates that walked me thru step by step.Emilio my Optician in training was very helpful especially in making sure the measurements were accurate if he was unsure of something ..he didn't hesitate in asking for assistance i truly admired that because you see... i am a retired ABO Optician and General office mgr for over 40 years therefore i notice excellent service !! and acknowledges it. altho the office was busy... every associate kept their composure and professionalism in check (^-^) that within itself deserves kudos..MOST BUT NOT ALL PRACTICES receive complaints,gripes, and disagreements This is not one of those....and as you know.....You never know whose watching....again i am really impressed with this office.. Emilio And the amazing and informative Dr. Chow with her information and updated knowledge she shared with me ...i not only left the office feeling confident but also with a smile (^-^) last and yet very important THE OFFICE IS SUPER CLEAN !!!! that within itself is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT..again KUDOS TO THE DOCTORS AND STAFF @ 6935 Aliante Parkway in north Las Vegas, Nv YOU CAN'T GO WRONG !! Been coming here 5 years now, fast and efficient. I've been going to Dr. Gori, the past few years and he is great! I only recently met Dr. Chow, but she is really friendly. She conversates and really cares, while being quick and efficient. Joe really helped!! Joe was understanding and patient during the process.. He was accommodating and very helpful.

Everyone is so great with customer service. Emilio with the frame service is so detailed and patient with making decisions. He gives great feedback on what fits your face and style. Dr. Gori was very thorough and listened to all my concerns.

One of the staff doesn't know how to check insurance benefits and keep insisting what she knows which is wrong. Need her to be trained. before assisting customer.

I’m 35 and have been wearing glasses since 5th grade and contact lenses since high school. I will not be coming back to this office. Appointment was scheduled for 3pm I wasn’t taken back until 3:50pm mind you I had filled out and submitted the new patient paperwork prior to this visit. I was then taken into a room and told that I had to choose between getting my eyes dilated (which insurance covered) or paying $49.00 to do retinal mapping and that I couldn’t refuse either because the doctor wouldn’t see me if I didn’t have either option done (mind you I hadn’t even seen the eye doctor or had any exams done at all at this point). I have never had to have my eyes dilated nor have I ever had a doctor’s office try to force me into having exams or procedures done. I left the office and called my regular eye doctor and explained what had happened and was told that I 100% could refuse eye dilation and retinal mapping (that I would then have to sign a document stating I refused and it would be noted in my chart that I refused the doctors recommendation), but that also my doctor wouldn’t refer me to have either of those things done unless they felt it was something that I needed done only after being examined by the doctor. I have no issue with paying for an exam that I ACTUALLY need. I’ve had retinal mapping done before but only after my doctor has examined me and needed a better look at my left eye.

Fool me once, but not twice. Came back and this is the last time we will come, it's the same bad experience. We usually see Dr. Chow and do not recommend seeing Dr. Chow, go somewhere else that doesn't use your eye care as a sales scheme. The only up side of this most recent visit was seeing Dr Gori, he definitely is the better doctor of the two!

I came on two separate appointments one for my annual exam and one for my contacts fitting, and Ceci/Emilio was so helpful and patient with me, I have never worn contacts before so they definitely took my anxiety away and I left feeling confident and very pleased with Dynamic, Thank You very much and see you guys at my next appointment…Happy Holidays!!!

I liked the doctors and office but will not be returning with myself and two kids because they now only allow two family members and told me I would have to schedule the 3rd for another day. Just because we are family does not mean we aren't patients. What is the difference between scheduling myself and two kids vs scheduling any other patient there after. That is not ethical practice.

It's "interesting" that my husband and I went in on the same day/ time WEEKS ago and I'm still waiting for a simple pair of reading glasses. Our bifocals came in earlier. Husband's came in a week before mine, then mine, and still waiting for my 2nd pair..I EXPLICITLY told them I am leaving soon on a trip and here we are, no word...After the eye exam, I chose glasses I liked. Then the gal tried to up-sale me. Not cool! I like what I like!It's safe to say MY experience wasn't that great. Not sure I'll return.The doctor and eye staff were cool... The glasses dept folks were frustrating, to say the least!

Updated review * The front desk lady with the pink hair is extremely rude. I was also charged fully for a service, which they did not utilize my insurance for. I was told my insurance WILL cover 15-20% of it, but they didn't take it out. Will not come here again.

Went for an eye exam and new lenses. It's been a month and still no lenses. I paid for all of the extra stuff they sold me (no line bifocal) $355. Everyone apologizes over and over, including the manager, but no one can deliver the lenses. Very disappointed, will not be returning here except to them up if they ever arrive.

I moved here from the east coast December 2021. Needed stronger sunglasses early 2022. Came to Dynamic because they're right up the Parkway from my home. Dr. Chow and the entire staff were fantastic. Just had 2 appointments for my husband and myself on September 28th. Both needed new prescription eyeglasses. Again Dr. Chow and the staff were great! Awaiting our new eyeglasses now. Can't wait to get them. Thanks Dr. Chow and everyone at Dynamic for taking such good care of us!

I have been a patient here for 8 years and won’t go anywhere else; even though I live 30 minutes away. Dr. Chow is the best. She’s so easy going and is so personable! And the staff is so empathetic, kind and accommodating. I never feel like an inconvenience or I’m talking to someone who doesn’t care. I had a non-eye exam related issue and they got me in the same day and were happy to do so! Happy and thankful patient!
