I'm giving the fast food industry low to no stars. When it's my fault in the first place for going. The corporate side just wants the money. There is really no service in that industry anymore and if there is, it's very little.

The service is great and I like how they honor the coupons. Most of all, the food is excellent and seasoned well. The only thing is that you have to get used to ordering through a kiosk which I have no problem

Very bad customer service! Cashier was giving a nasty attitude and kiosks for self order dont have funds for change???? Then why have an option for cash? Well because of that issue they had to take our order and we received bad attitudes for that inconvenience. Will not be coming to this local Pollo Loco.

So after you stand there for a while you realize that they only do orders through the kiosk. No greeting, no sign telling you anything. When the woman preparing my bowl called my number I smiled and thanked her. She pretended like I didn't exist. I then found a seat in possibly the nastiest dining room I've ever seen. Half of the booth's fabric were repaired with ridiculous amounts of duct tape. Every table was dirty. As I was eating I noticed the chairs had Never been cleaned Ever! I've never been disgusted by chairs before?!? Then I made the mistake of looking in the floor corners. Bad move! After dry heaving and considering throwing the rest away I just focused on my food. I also thought it was strange that some of the employees just constantly went in and out of the restrooms - which were absolutely filthy as expected. So I decided to take the survey advertised by the receipt. Not possible! There is no survey ID on the kiosk printed receipt. Unreal.
