Someone came a disconnected my internet, then lied to my face and told he didn't. He gave me some story about ports and how my address was not labeled in the box. All I know is I had wifi before he arrived and two minutes later I didn't. Then he left and told me to call Cox. Don't let them near your home. If you need help from Cox, request someone other than End to End.

These guys went above and beyond to get my Cox service up and running! The manager Dave made sure his crew did whatever it took to get the problems that Cox internet and cable was having in our neighborhood was taken care of! Specifically, Dave had his technician Elvis make multiple trips out here and put in some serious overtime work to make sure my order was completed! I highly recommend these guys!

If this is the same company (a Cox 3rd party fixer), I am impressed with Juan and Janelle! They came out today and completely upgraded all old Cox connections at street and cables in my TV room outdated too. Hopefully I won't have problems with Cox TV connection that I've had for months and months! Instead of putting a band aid one-at-a-time, they fixed it right the first time. Thank you!

They open at 8am and I cant even get a human being to answer the telephone. About 10 calls left voicemails and they just don’t care about anyone but themselves leaving customers in a phone system loop with full voicemails. This is cox fault for giving them work they cant handle. Their techs refuse to do their job and then when they do its a mickey mouse job. One of their Commercial techs I wont say his name but came and installed a modem at one of my property locations I manage for another company and never left me My IP address. I asked him for it same day he said he would get that for me and never did. Said he would be right back and just disappeared. I needed my static IP address and now thank to end 2 end and their laziness I have to be on a phone call with cox hunting down something that was supposed to be done already. In a pamphlet they supposed to leave your static IP address. Im in complete shock they still in business ignoring all their calls like that. Whats new a company grows and they forgot about the customer. Great Idea on the automated never ending system when you call.
