ONCE AGAIN they charge me for the same thing and this time the manager isn't prioritizing the refund he saying he'll refund me when he has time and that the last manager wasn't suppose to refund me. He had me call the claim department and had me ask them for the refund knowing the refund isn't with them. The claim department has yet to get back to me as well. I'm just so tired and frustrated with this company. I genuinely wish I would of never took out a rental this much stress and money that's being taken away from me wasn't worth having a rental car for a week and 5 days I'm so sad that no one can give me answers constantly being put on hold and being hung up on. I understand if I genuinely did cause damages to the rentals but I did not. It's so unfair to be charged for things you didn't do. Especially such a high amount they are hold $668 of my hard earned money and can't give me any answers or even help me. It's sick DO NOT GET A RENTAL HERE if you do take pictures of everything ! My account is now in negative due to this charge and they aren't going to be the ones paying for everyday I'm in the negative. This is so unprofessional and unacceptable

Customer service was false on what we were supposed to be renting and they were misleading on what we were supposed to have in order to rent the car. Lied to us about the car we wanted!!!!! Bad for business!

Just left the Hertz office at 12:15 pm on Feb 13th. It's located on 2860 E. Craig Road, North Las Vegas, NV, 89081 702-6392344. I have been to this office at least 7 times as I am a weekly renter and I know their service is lacking. When I arrived to their office there were two other gentlemen waiting and there were no employees in the office, so I sat and waited. I did notice one employee , a young man I knew from previous visits, talking outside to another person I believed to be a worker. After waiting 20 minutes for a worker to come inside the office, I walked outside and asked, how long it would be before someone came in the office. I was told that it would be just a few minutes, so I walked back inside and took a seat again. The young man, who looked to be of Latin decent with black hair and mustache, walked inside and asked how he could help me. I told him what I needed. At that point he preceded to tell me, don't ever come outside and interrupt him when he is talking with an important vendor. Since I have seen this employee be rude and short with several other customers in the past, I immediately tell him that I don't know who he was talking to, and that I only took a few seconds to tell him that I had been waiting for 20 minutes without any employee coming in the office. He continues to be rude, even with me having empathy for him being the only employee available, so we go back and forth with me telling him I will contact and write a letter to corporate office and to give me the manager/corporate number. I explain to him that I will post about this office on social media and take steps to show how poorly this office is run. He apologizes and I extend an olive branch for us to start over. I apologize to him also, since I DO understand that the office is understaffed and Hertz is run terribly from higher up. I just wanted to post his review now and if I have any more incidents, I will create a webpage, get more testimonials, then send it to corporate.

The place was good, the staff excellent but the car was not to my liking although it was very equipped but it smelled very humid. Plus there was no other car to choose from, and that's the only thing I didn't like.

Professional and caring staffs. Car interior needed cleaning. But overall I’ll continue renting and recommending Enterprise Car Rental Service. Kudos to the team on East Craig Road in Las Vegas Nevada.

LOVED MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION! KIM WAS GREAT!process was easy and fast... answered all my questions with a great attitude, the car i was got was exactly what i needed for what i had to do, no issues. drove great!i do recommend if you are renting for the weekend....FRIDAY AND SATURDAYS ARE VERY BUSY!!!!! because their prices are great and the process is easy.. a lot of people go here. this location IS NOT THE BIGGEST.. they dont have TONS of cars to choose from. i recommend biting the bullet and paying for an extra day, just to have your car in your possession by the weekend (like renting it on a thursday)..when i returned my car they had atleast 25 people waiting for a vehicle, on top of the fact i bet they have at least 10 car on hand. so they had to order more cars to be delivered. they had i think 7 employees in office handling paperwork and helping customers get the car..... people were mad they had to wait... but didnt take account for the small location and a busy friday. the employees were clearly doing all they could. ordered more cars... etc. still with good customer service.. just remember.. weekends are tough for people who work with the public.

Awesome experience. Super quick and easy to get the rental, employees very kind and helpful. Andrew and Justin specifically stood out for being so compassionate and caring, as I obtained this rental to go visit my baby in the NICU. They were just so positive and helpful and made me smile when I hadn't in a while. Didn't expect to leave a car rental place feeling a lot better about my life, but they made it happen. Thank you ??
