My son reserved a car here and it wasn't available at the time he was supposed to pick it up. They said they would call when it was ready. They didn't. Finally went to the location and after waiting to speak to a representative he said, "It's ready but you have to wait until I wait on these other people." Never mind that he had been there earlier. Go to the back of the line. Terrible customer service. I won't rent there and would discourage others.

I needed a car for Christmas weekend. After shopping I found that not only did Enterprise have the best offer (DIRECTLY) but the 2 employees that assisted me were wonderful! I had a terrible experience some years back with a different location, but Ms. Georgette and Mr. Dirk (sorry if spelled that wrong) were beyond helpful. Kind, informative and they made my experience stress free! Thank you so much, I will definitely do business with this location again!

Yesterday I contacted this location for a rental as my car was in the shop for insurance services. Ms. Nikki arranged to have me picked up; i’m only one street away from this location. I arrived and discussed with her my situation and contacted the Cadillac dealer service attendant discussed further with her, giving the confirmation number and all other information needed. Ms. Niki vehemently rejected the transactions and said the information provided was not enough. The dealer contacted Ms. Sarah at the Sahara Enterprise location to assist Ms Nikki with the processing of the rental. (Sahara Enterprise location normally work with the Cadillac dealer to process insurance services. I’m closer to Ms. Nikki’s location). After Ms. Niki and Ms. Sarah concluded their phone conversation, Ms. Niki suggested to me that it is better for me to rent a car from her location in the amount of $79 (she claimed no small car available $49 a day) and turn in the next day at the Sahara location and rent a car from them for $49 - the maximum amount allowable for my rental. Ms. Niki insisted of this decision. I asked her if the Enterprise nearby would help with a small car. She said NO. I was stunned! I was also hoping for her to have a car available for me the next day; however, she continued to talk. I decided it would be a waste of time and asked her to be dropped off. I’ve been using this location near my home to rent cars many times and the serviced provided was exceptional but not this time. I’ve wasted my time. I’m 67 years old retired military and 100% disabled veteran and really don’t care for unprofessional and lazy workers.

Terrible customer service experience with exception to returning the vehicle to Georgette. Nikki, on the other hand, had a really nasty attitude on 2 separate occasions . I’ll never understand working in customer service and getting upset when the customer needs service provided. Right out the gate when requesting a rental she was rude because I was unaware of certain terms and policies. Just to inform, this was my first car accident and I’ve never had to get a rental before. She was unbelievably unhelpful and when I asked her why she was acting like that, her response was “sorry you feel that way.” I reported her and eager beaver called my phone to reiterate “Sorry you felt that way. You’re welcome to go to another location.” She just wanted to call and add insult to injury. I hope in the future miss mamas conducts herself better in her line of work.

Made a reservation online…. Showed up and they tell me they don’t have any cars in that category…. Then want to charge me more because THEY gave the reserved vehicle away.. What kind of service is this… Take the negative reviews seriously… Go to a competitor.. TRASH!!!!

I was a little frustrated when my car was not available at reserved time. Nikki was professional and assured me she would have a car for me. She did! Thank you Nikki for your professionalism and coming through! Got me on the road as quickly as she could.

Worst location. How do you not have cars available when I booked my reservation days in advance & for me to arrive on the day of @9:30 am for them to tell me they called & “left a vm” a day PRIOR@ like 4pm. Only vm was left was an employee shuffling and scoffing & I have proof to show.They told me I could wait but have no time frame to give me . The point of an early pick up is to get on with the rest of my day not wait around for the car that should have been ready. I tell them to cancel at this point cause it benefits me in no way. Employee proceeds to insist for me to wait for the car with no time frame given ? No thanks. That makes no sense. You wait around all day cause apparently you have the time to , I don’t as to why I’d rather cancel.

I’ve used enterprise dozens of times. Never had a bad experience, until today at this location. Made a reservation and showed up only to be told there were no cars available. Being the end of the business day there was nothing they could do as all the other locations were closing at the same time. I don’t know if it’s poor management or something else. Only thing I know is I’ll never attempt to rent from here again, or enterprise for that matter.

Made reservations to pick up a rental thru Costco at this location. After waiting for nearly 20 minutes because the only workers here ignored everyone I was told that I had called to cancel my reservation which is a total lie. Not sure if they confused my reservation with someone else's or they were just flat out lying but either way I'm left without a vehicle. Avoid this location!

Neeeded a rental because my car was inoperable. Enterprise is always my go to for rentals. I am a member also. The employees greeted me, as usual, very nicely. The ladies were a great help to me. I had to wait a little because the car was being cleaned, it was no problem. Great service, always. Georgette, and the other young lady helped me.was and they both went way beyond excellence
