First off, if I could give 10/10, I would! Arnett was beyond fantastic and helpful.
I moved out of my storage unit and he helped me every step of the way. No matter how many times I asked him questions, he was understanding.
I appreciate his level of professionalism and patience. Arnett is definitely an asset to your company!

Very friendly and heloful Kendall was very helpful and made our rental experience wonderful
EDIT, after only 3 months I have a rate increase for almost 30%. I have an RV spot that uses no electricity or maintenance cost whatsoever. If you have a storage unit with excesses belongings in , they have you by the short hairs. Steer clear

This is my first time using Extra Space Storage and the location at 3155 W. Anne road is very clean, safe and I never had any issue accessing my unit. Definitely, I recommend this location of Extra Space storage.

The Location has been good to me. When Jennifer was there, she was helpful. Now that Caesar is Store Manager, he has been just as helpful and pleasant. When I has any issues he was able to rectify them.

I can’t say enough good things about Cesar at Extra Space Storage. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel heard, respected, and taken care of. He was so patient, kind, and genuinely attentive to what I needed and in a time where I was feeling overwhelmed, his support meant more than he probably realized. People like Cesar make a difference. He didn’t just do his job he went above and beyond with compassion and care. Thank you, Cesar, for treating me like more than just a customer. You made a hard day a lot easier, and I’ll never forget that.

So with this storage place, they are freaking amazing. The manager there is even better. I don’t even know how to say how amazing he is and extra storages is . They definitely go above and beyond there. All I have to say is if you’re looking for a place this right here is your place to store stuff and if you’re gonna go in, you have to ask for Cesar. He is your guy and your point of contact for this place!!

This location is very clean. The person that runs the place, Cesar, is very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us figure out what we needed for our size home for storage. He continues to answer any questions we have by phone or by email. He keeps this place spotless day in and day out. I never seen a place that is taken care of as much as Cesar does with this place! I highly recommend getting in touch with this location, and seeing Cesar. He makes things happen. You will not regret it. Thanks Cesar!
