Fallout Firearms is a small business owned and staffed by U.S. Military Veterans, committed to providing excellent customer service. The store's salespeople are not paid by commission and take the time to answer any questions customers may have about the firearm purchasing process, firearms, ammunition, and accessories. Fallout Firearms is not so big that customers are just a number, and the staff takes pride in helping customers find the right firearm.
The store also offers CCW Concealed Firearms Permit classes every third Sunday of the month, from 9 AM to 6 PM, and can assist customers with obtaining CCW permits in Nevada, Utah, and Florida. If a customer is unable to find a specific firearm in stock, Fallout Firearms is happy to custom order it for them.
Customers have praised the store's excellent customer service, fair pricing, and the ability to find rare firearms that may not be readily available elsewhere. The store's owners, Kevin Gray and Ben Stewart, have been described as great and helpful, with Ben Stewart being an excellent firearms instructor for the CCW classes.
Overall, Fallout Firearms is a highly recommended small business that provides a personalized and enjoyable firearm purchasing experience for its customers.
