Customers appreciate the helpful staff, especially Josie, who communicates well and goes above and beyond to assist. The facility is comfortable for storing belongings, although units can get hot in the summer. Overall, it’s a reliable and caring place to keep items safe.
We have had the same unit in North Las Vegas for over 10 years and never had an issue. Friendly staff and decent hours, fair rates, all good. That being said it is North Las Vegas and the wind and the dust does make its way into anything , so cover them up.
