Literally worst car company. Customer service is terrible. They are extremely rude and don't ever answer the phone but want you to send documents right away as soon as they ask for them. They will tow your car as soon as you're late or if you don't have any insurance. Just terrible terrible customer service would give them a -57 stars if I could.

if your reading this dont buy a car from here , i have bought alot of cars and the one i got from here was the worst , the service is also the most unprofessional experience ive ever encountered, for some one who works everyday they really took my money and did not care for the customer at all , they seemed to care but at the end of the day they are not a place for the community, this place is terrible so are the people who wake up everyday and do the foul things they do . avoid this place for sure This place gets no stars for sure , rated F in my book

this is the worst car place in Vegas !!!!!!! do not buy a car from here they will take ur money sale you a jacked up car pretend like they fixed it and once ur insurance is past due will come repossess ur car and make u pay 700 to get it back !!! DO NOT GO HERE the two girls in the front desk are rude asf overall bad experience NEVER AGAIN

This is not a professional place to lease or buy a car they’ll repo your vehicle for being late on your insurance payment they harassing all they customers about car payments also the people who answering the phone they rude they have no respect if you want to be without a car this is the right place for it

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! Me and my boyfriend bought a Cadillac CTS from them and it seemed really sketchy. I paid $4000 for the car and Carlos put on our paperwork that we paid $300 as is. Taking their word for it because they told me he put that there so our insurance won't be so expensive. The guy told me that my car has no issues before I bought it but shortly after the check engine light came on, there's overheating issues, the ac stopped working, and the wires connected to the battery have a shortage so the car turns of every once in a while and I found out my car frame was welded back together after an accident so one wheel is higher than the other ( not noticeable unless car is lifted) Save your money and buy some place else the cars look nice but they are not worth the hassle!

just now carlos sold me a car and the check engine light came on the following week. when i asked for a new car for the same price he said no. i've had the car for over a month now nd he had it "getting worked on" for more that 2 weeks just to give it back with the check engine light still on

Man. Where do I even begin. This place has given me hell this past year. Especially when covid shut us down they gave me a call about the payment and I told them I just got shut down and to let me call them back to let them know if I have it or not. That was a Friday. Tried to call Saturday and they repo-Ed my car away and told me I had to give them 300 for the repo fee on top of my payment. Ever since then I've had to repair this pos of a car they sold me and been stressing because more and more stuff keeps popping up. This is such a headache and your better off going to Carmax. This guys are con-artists. They some how mask the car system to read that the check engine light isn't on and that nothing is wrong with the car when everything is wrong with it. I never knew too much about cars but I had to learn what sounds to listen too because of how f***** my car is. I can't wait to finish up this lease and never be associated with these people. Sad that businesses like this are around who can't be genuine. If you are a mechanic who's looking to rebuild cars and s*** hey buy a car here up front all cash. Other than that take your luck somewhere else don't buy from here.

I wish I would have checked Yelp before I made a purchase. All reviews are accurate. Please do not buy a car from fast auto. It's true they are crooks and the fake a** salesman Carlos is full of it. Blames the owner for everything. Everyone was cool including Richard but now they act if they don't know me. They took my down payment and I only had the vehicle for a couple of weeks and the engine went bad. Took over a month to repair and then u joints. They had vehicle more than ai had during warranty period. Finally fixed, the tranny went out shortly after that. They wanted to charge me 1500.00 to repair. Yeah right! They wouldn't work with me and basically I had to take a loss. Don't buy from them, they are crooks and will smile in your face until you purchase.

This review has nothing to do with covid-19. It's the lack of professionalism and common courtesy. This company preys upon people who can't otherwise afford to buy a vehicle the traditional way. I bought a car that I thought I was financing as a purchase. Turns out it's a lease to own. They don't tell you and they make it seem like it's your fault for not knowing. The 'financing' person (Richard) tells you what and where to sign not giving you a chance to read over what you are signing then blames you for not knowing what you've signed. The guy who sells the cars (Carlos) sells cars good enough to leave the lot but then problems start happening that I'm sure they are aware of if the car has been driven, especially the ones they 'finance'. Almost every review they get is a negative one. This would have been a positive review but the salesperson was hard to find and unreliable. He didn't contact anyone to let us know if the car was ready or not. After making a partial down payment, it took us 3 days to get the car at that time they could've fixed what was wring with it. After I got the car, I immediately took it to a mechanic to find out there's issues that went ignored. Guess where the car is going? Back to Fast Auto Sales for them to fix it for FREE! I'm paying over $300 per month with only a 90 day warranty. They better fix any and everything! To those looking for a car to pay with cash, look at all of your options. If you're worried about credit checks, fine this is your option but don't expect older cars to be kept up or expect them to fix it even financed cars. This company would receive SO MANY complaints that's why they're not registered with the Better Business Bureau. If I can find a loophole or something that can shut this place down, I'd do it.
