Lazy drivers. Watched him pull up onto the property. Take a picture. Then leave. My tracking then updated and said undeliverable because no one home. HE NEVER MADE ATTEMPT TO DELIVER!! The picture was blacked out of course. No “we missed you” slip was left. Peer laziness

The most incompetent delivery drivers and system of them all! They can't read simple instructions to leave the package for pick up or are just too lazy to call/text the recipient. Good luck getting your packages.

I do not know if the drivers at this location had off days but I had to drive almost 25 mins just ti pick up my one package. Supposedly the attempted to deliver my package and said they could not get into the gate. Well, I don’t see how that is possible considering there is a huge screen at the gate that says DELIVERY! Even if you somehow didn’t see that, there is a directory with my name to open the gate. To me, it’s pure laziness. There are fed-ex, amazon, usps, and ups truck constantly come in and out of my place. Anyways, don’t get me started on the many packages I never received from Fed-ex

Went their with my wife to pickup a package after she called and told it was ready for pickup, arrived on Sunday 06/21/25 and I can only assume it was the same black woman everyone has wrote about? She immediately said it was not there and wanted to argue with my wife that we cannot pick it up and it had to be delivered and did not want to hear what we were told on the phone! I had enough of her verbal attack and stepped in to end this assault. She continued to argued that no one told us it was there but the tracking showed differently. We try to tell her no one will be home to sign for it, and wanted to arrange hold for pickup as she said we cannot because it schedule for delivery? We ask for her manager and she ask why and there was no need, I told her we were done with her rudeness and her terrible attitude. He finally came out and explained it was there and have not been sorted. And we can arrange hold for pickup? I told him if this would have been told to us this would have been avoided. I explained of her rudeness what had happenedand for him to act surprised of her actions. I will never step foot into this unprofessional establishment ever! And will advise others the same unless you enjoy to be disrespected and for her conduct to be accepted by her leadership. Customer service at one point was welcoming, elevating and caring! But not at this place!!

Ok so I wanted to give no stars, but since I've worked in customer service and been short staffed I'm giving two. I won't say the black lady with the glasses is rude she's just not friendly at all and very direct. I came in no one was up front I waited 5 mins then proceed to the open side to shout hello. I know she saw me but continued her task so I said it louder till she acknowledged me. She was like hold on came up front ignored me to finish her task (some people can't multi-task so ima give her a pass) i asked about my package she never made any eye contact or even looked up but she did answer my questions and said if I wanted to come back when my package arrived I could. She cleaned her glasses then looked annoyed about me still standing there I wouldn't recommend nor give this location any of my money ever. They are way too busy and short staffed to service customers properly

IF I COULD HIVE FEDEX A ZERO STAT I WOULD. THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO EVER SHIP ANYTHING THROUGH. I’BE BEEN WAITJNG FOR MY PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED SINCE LAST THURSDAY AND IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED. CALLED THEM AND I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE DELIVERED FRIDAY, CALLED FRIDAY MORNING AND WAS INSURED THAT IT WOULD BE DELIVERED FRIDAY BY 12 PM AND KT WAS ME ER DELIVERED. CALLED FRIDAY EVENING AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE DELIVERED MONDAY AND GUESS WHAT, IT WASNT. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS WERE SO RUDE AND THE WAREHOUSE THAT HAD MY PACKAGE KEEPS LYING THAG MY PACKAGE WOULD BE DELIVERED. AVOID FEDEX!!!!!
