Don't recommend this location. Went to have my tire patched. They found other issues to have fixed which was fine so I allowed it. Not a week later my tire was low on air again. Only for them to tell me they fixed the wrong tire and I still had to pay for the one I initially went for. What awful customer service.

Appointments don't really mean much here. Took 20 minutes to check in, and they didn't start on my vehicle til 2 hours later. If you value your time don't go here.

It took almost two hours to change the oil. I could see the car, After they finally got to it, it sat there with the hood up, after they put in the oil for 35 minutes and no one touched it. Also, the guy who helped (?) me had no personality at all. I will never return.

I was hesitant about coming to this place because of all the bad reviews and i've never been here, i should listened to my gut. I went in for an oil change and these thieves charged me $115 for it. I'm not stupid i've done oil changes on my car before (using the same oil they used on my car) and i know what the oil itself is worth. i could buy it myself for $40 and they charged me $90 JUST for the oil itself. I decided to come here because it was a smaller commute than driving to my dealership. Needless to say, i should have just went to my dealership instead. My dealership charges me $60 for the oil change + a car wash and a shuttle ride (if needed). These people charged me $115. The guy that checked me in was a caucasian bigger guy (letting yall know so you know who to watch out for.) was rude and not welcoming. When i finally went to pay i called out the insane overcharge to another associate (asian maybe) who was very nice. He lowered it as much as he could which was only $15 but atleast he tried. When i went to my car they didn't reset my dash so it was still displaying that i needed an oil change. At that point i went from salty to pissed. I went inside to let them know and that same bitter faced guy was like "well is there a sticker on it?" as if it matters if there is or not. go reset my fucking dash. Charging me $115 and then you forgot to do the most standard thing. The nice guy helped me, (wasn't expecting the other guy to lift a finger he looks like the type.) but anyway I'm never coming here again, lesson learned. Horrible customer service, terrible pricing, and still forgot to reset my dash. Probably will dispute with my bank. If you're reading this, go somewhere else. Drive the extra couple miles to a dealership where you will get more out of it. I would give 0 stars if i could. These people are crooks.

Scheduled an appointment to get new tires. When I arrived, they told me the tires I choose were not in stock and tried to "find an alternative" which was $300 extra. Went home for 2 and a half hours then came back because I thought it would be done by now. Nothing had been done to my car and they told me it would be another 2 hours to get done.

I definitely should have read the reviews on this place before going because the "STORE MANAGER" Lavon Orchanian completely dooped me today. I took my car in complaining that I could not accelerate above 50 and that it felt like I was stuck in a low gear.intook it in which requires a diagnostic and I asked could it be anything other than the transmission? He shrugged and said maybe but never once took care of his customer by letting me know if it is that Firestone does not work on transmissions. Ha now I'm out of over 100.00 for them to refer me elsewhere when they know darn well I'll get charged again for a diagnostic. Did I say dooped. Never ever will use firstone if it's the last shop on this planet and plan on telling everyone else who will listen..Btw.. when I expressed howno felt taken advantage of there was silence. Not a I'm sorry we don't do that a go f yourself absolutely nothing. I don't know if people understand but we still struggling out here. Have some darn integrity

Very pleased with the exceptional service. I had a tire replaced and the salesman was awesome and even opened up a little early as well. Keep up the good work and I'll definably be back!

Do I need to get into the fact that everything has gone up in price. When I moved to Las Vegas I was filling the tank in a 2015 Chevy Suburban of $60.00 In Florida. I would do unspeakable things for $60.00 to fill up my tank. But let's talk about Firestone on Craig, the staff is friendly and helpful. They get you in and out in less time than the dealership, I know I was just there a couple of months a ago. And it will show up in your Carfax. Give them a call.

I have been a loyal customer of Firestone for many years, starting in the late 90s. I have moved across multiple states, from Illinois to California to Las Vegas, Nevada. Of all the locations I have visited and serviced my vehicles, the team at this particular Firestone is genuinely exceptional. Words cannot express my satisfaction with their work and, most importantly, their dedication to providing excellent service. I have to give a special shoutout to Levon, who has become my hero, as well as ALL the talented technicians. If you have encountered my previous posts, this review may surprise me, but I genuinely want to express my gratitude to Firestone. These guys go out of their way to help, and their prices are quite reasonable. Thank you!

I promise if you are a women, an elderly person, or if you just lack knowledge about cars in general, this specific Firestone location will try to trick you for your money. They will give you outlandish recommendations for parts/replacements that you don't even need(I just got a new battery and they tried to tell me that I should let them replace it...on top of a bunch of other useless recommendations to get money out of me). The labor costs are outlandish compared to other mechanic shops. They love to throw in an unnecessary oil change & an unnecessary "bulb" replacement to top off your invoice. I showed the invoice that my mother received from this Firestone to another mechanic at a different company and he literally laughed at how scammy this place is after he inspected my vehicle. Stay far away from this Firestone(I'd actually recommend staying away from Firestone in general...but especially the 1285 W Craig Rd location).

The prices were very high for parts and labor. I had auto warranty coverage, but Firestone corporate office set prices for their own parts, labor, etc... However the part they said I needed was approximately $200 more than 5 parts stores I contacted. Someone took (I hate to say stole) my car phone charger adapter. Someone went through my glove box, left air conditioner on; and my car was very dirty. I felt forced into buying a new battery from them when my car had a battery that was 9 months old and still under warranty. But I was told no other way they could perform the diagnosis even though they had charged it...?!
