Rip off. Sucks. I had my headlight replace in November 2024. My car requires you to take off the bumper. Why did they have me think they replace both. Now March I finding the passenger side needs replace. Like I got another $150 to pay for replacing the other side.

Terrible experience. on two separate occasions, they failed to honor appointments or estimated time for work being done. The first was for major strut work. I left the car for the better part of the day only to return to find that no one had worked on it. The service manager called after I left without the work being done and was apologetic. He gave me a discount to give them another opportunity which I did.
Yesterday, I had another appointment at that facility scheduled for 9:30 AM, dropped the car off and was given an estimate of two hours. At 11:15 AM I returned to find that the car hadn’t been worked on at all. I was not contacted during the period. I was waiting with an update or notification that there was a delay. The service manager said that scheduling appointment is subject to whatever is being Worked on. I wish they had at least updated me or told me when I drop the car off that there would be a significant delay instead of wasting close to two hours and then being informed that it would be two hours more.

This place is so unprofessional!! These workers watch football and laugh instead of fixing cars. They leave the car sitting and mess around in the corner. They are rude. This service is horrible. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS FIRESTONE! THE MOST DISHONEST SERVICE!
I was looking for a place to change oil. Stopped by, saw that from eight bays, only three were occupied. Asked Brian at the front desk. How long would it take? He said they could start working on the car right away.
One hour later, the garage was almost empty, but no one was still working on my car.
Brian kept saying that my car was next.
If I have known, would go somewhere else. Why lie to the customers just to get a one-time business.
It took over two hours just to start working on the car.
Will never go back to the Firestone!

Slow as molasses. I hsd a 9 am appointment for 4 new tires. It took them 4 hours then another hour for an alignment. I waited for 5 hours for something that should take less than 2 hours. I also had my daughter get an oil change and tire rotation which too 2 hours. Peoples time os valuable. These long service times are beyond ridiculous. Im going to Ted Weins from now on.

I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00a today and I arrived 10minutes early and was told it would take me 10 minutes to test and 20 minutes to service the A/C.. After 20 minutes, I asked the front desk person if the work would be completed by 12:15 as they need to leave by 12:30p. He informed me they won’t even bring my car into the bay until 12:15p or later. Why in the world would you schedule someone for an appointment and do nothing for an hour and a half????…. I promptly took my keys and left. Poor, unacceptable service!

I took my car couple months ago to do an alignment after replacing the whole front suspension. Now that I’m doing the brakes on my car both my swaybar links are missing. You take parts off to do an alignment which I never heard of but then you guys don’t install it back on. I even paid for lifetime alignments but if this is the work you do why would I even take it back

Terrible experience multiple times. Had something fixed the next day it's broken again or given a lame duck excuse. I don't think they did right the first time. So I had to bring my car back again, taking time out of my life to fix their mistake. And still don't trust it was since properly I have to bring my car to the dealership to ensure what was done by FIRESTONE WAS DONE CORRECTLY. MORE TIME WASTED AND NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD BY THE DISTRICT MANAGER AND THE SHOP MANAGER IS A WASTE OF BREATH!! LOSING REPEAT CUSTOMERS SEEMS TO BE THERE MOTO.

Wish I could give a "0". I brought my vehicle in at 10 am and was told by Daniel it would be ready at 1200. I called at 2 pm and Daniel stated it was not prepared and it was the next vehicle to go in. I called at 4 pm and talked to Joe. I believe he tried to talk me out of the service I requested because they ran out of time. They could not complete an oil change and tire rotation in 6 hours. WoW. They failed. Firestone has always been good, but I guess it's the people working at that location. Terrible.
