Updating my review. The store is under new management now and things mostly run smoothly, albeit with a hiccup here or there, but that's any business right? I don't agree with GameStops business model or some of its practices but the employees at this location work their asses off and are still genuinely kind people at the end of the day, and that's saying something.

Walmart and Bestbuy are the best places to buy games

Giving it four stars service was amazing products were available. Staff member went above and beyond to provide stellar service.. the only thing that concerned me was the lack of security. There was only one employee in the building and they appeared to be working alone on a closing shift. This was written on Saturday June 15,2024 around 8:57p.. whoever is managing this store do better to keep your employees safe….. other than that 5 star service.
