No one works here . Can't find anyone to help me. If I do it's not there department and they have to message the person who never comes. Why do you stay open. Just close and let some other company open that wants business. Waste of time and money here.

This store is questionable at best. I have shopped from this location since 2012 with no real issuesat i love about this store used to be the friendly staff, and the appreciation for military active , and retired. They have parking for veterans out front, and used to offer military discount with a smile. 2023-April everything is different. The employees dont greet you in the store or cashier, you have to hunt someone down fornhelp, then wait a long time to receive it. I check out with one person in front of me ar the time.getting assistance. He too, just has his military i.d. he shows Lilly, she gives him a discount as standard. I am next , I show Lilly my I.D which I get an unexpected reply. We do not provide manual discount for military anymore. It's easier for everyone to sign up. First , I witness you give a discount to the veteran ahead of me without this attitude or message. Why and I different? I showed an retired i.d like I always have since shopping here since 2012. Secondly, obviously isn't is only easier for the lazy employees who dont want to walk less than 10 steps ,to slip a bage , abd scan. Your lines are never long to where overall this takes time from check out to the point customers are complaining about checkout line. It takes less than a 5-10 secs assistance. Of course in 2023 we are all about ourselves , rather than providing a service. Lilly really made me wait to speak to a supervisor, who ultimately just did what I expected from the start. Courtney, as previously, came right over and provided a satisfactory resolution. If a major corporation cannot take 5 secs for 1/4 of your customers who are VETERANS/ ACTIVE DUTY, then same on you. I will no give a greedy, lazy corporation my money, who cannot take 5 darn seconds to provide a discount by just scanning back of their name Tag (where.most have them). I'll take my money to places like ace hardware who has time for the simple, don't cost anyone anything but a few seconds. Great job to Courtney for providing a satisfactory resolution where everyone wins.

I had the worst sales / customer service experience here at this store. Josh in the blinds department is dumb ass. He completely wiped my order from the system and which 3 other associates tried to recover and repair his fuck up in which they couldn't fix. 3 trips to the store and over 1.5 hours of my time was wasted. I highly recommend Josh to drive a fork lift or mop floors since he doesn't know what he is doing in the department t he is assigned too

Went to buy a washing machine, picked one out paid for it then had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to locate a lift operator to get it off the shelving for me. They put it on a flat bed and sent me on my way. No one offered to help me load it onto my truck. I'm a 74 year old woman! I had to flag down a stranger to help me. Thank God this young man came by and helped me.

Horrible customer service!!The manager at this store was very rude and short.. was not willing to work with me and then turned and started laughing and talking with co workers!!! I am a independent contractor doing small jobs in residential areas!! I purchased 5 pallets of quikcrete and was charged for the pallets!! I was told if I bring the pallets back they would refund me the money for the pallets!I kept them in perfect condition think I would be refundd... Unfortunately since I purchased the quikcrete a couple months ago I did not have the receipt..all I wanted was something back!! I would even take store credit because I was a frequent customer and needed more quikcrete.. but I was quickly told no after loading these pallets up and bringing them all the way inside the store!!I am very upset with how they handled the situation and now I am stuck with 5 pallets I have no use for and out of a 100 dollars and at these times is very needed

Today went in to get my paper supplies. The employees were very helpful, and willing to help me find what I needed. Don't forget to get your bags of ice, and bottled water..this is a plus for me.

This location is the closest one to my house, so I come here often. Stopped by this morning and needed help finding a specialty tool that isn't too "normal". I always try to find things by myself before bothering the employees, as I know they're probably busy doing something else. After 15 min, I give up and decide to ask the first "orange vest" I see. A lady walks by me and I flag her down as she's trying to walk by me, without even acknowledging I'm in her way...it was like she was trying to do a "juke move" on me...but I was faster! Lol. I asked her my question and she points to an area of 3 sections and said "it should be there somewhere" and did a drop-back, spin move, juked left in front of me and was GONE! Amazing moves. I was impressed and speechless. BUT, I had already looked there. Frustrated (but still impressed with her moves), I walked away to get the screws I needed. It was there that an older man walked up to me and asked if I needed any help. I found the screws with no problem! BUT, I told him what I was looking for earlier and he took me back to the area I was in. He looked up the part and saw it was out of stock on the floor, but went a step beyond and checked his magical employee database handheld control center and I watched his his eyes slowly zoom up! His information told him there were 5 left in a little Tupperware labeled a secretive "275"! He left to grab one of those huge rolling ladders and came back super fast, scaled that ladder, opened that Tupperware and to my amazement, he pulled out that specially tool I needed. He came down slowly, with that confident & victorious smile on his face. We both celebrated in the middle of the aisle while a bunch of jealous customers wished they could join in! But this was our victory and ours alone! This elderly gentleman, a true Home Depot professional, changed my life this morning for the better and I will forever consider him family. I can't remember his name, but I'm thinking about going back to ask if he'd be the God Father to my next child. This glorious gentleman saved your Home Depot review today!

Thomas in Plumbing assisted my husband and his brother find parts for a water softener bypass. He knew exactly what would work. This is amazing because Thomas had worked in the electrical department before he worked in plumbing for 5 days. Thank you Home Depot for employing such amazing and talented staff. We will definitely recommend this Home Depot location.

I needed a WATER HEATER and it went downhill from there. Delta Mechanical was the contracted installer. I ordered and paid online. Not only was the installer late but came with an attitude and immediately added another $150 to my invoice which was stated was the final invoice. Stayed on the phone the entire time on personal business. Then for 2+ hours I was without my electricity and after that my breaker box was damaged by installer which has not yet been properly addressed. A completely different water heater was brought and installed after I was told what I ordered would be ordered. Now the unit does not work properly the breaker box damage caused a spike in my electricity which then caused my entire grow room to lose crops I sell online. And the icing on the cake... The inspection has still not been done on the unit and it does not regulate heated water like the last unit they took away. So I got a lessor feature unit than I had prior but paid the price online for something I never got. This was the worst install experience I ever had. I took an additional week to work with Delta Mechanical I was promised the overcharge back the first week after I reported issues. Never got it. Then I was offered 30% of the invoice and never got anything. So Delta Mechanical is very aware of what was done and I haven't gotten my refund nor an inspection that is mandatory for that type install. Im literally in the negatives by $1500 ALREADY BETWEEN damage, electrical cost of losing my crops in my grow room to the electrical power being shorted and increasing my electric bill. I also reached out to both via email with all the details and per usual no one has reached out nor given me a refund. BUYER BEWARE. As a veteran on a fixed income this really hurt my bottom line.

Always leery of buying new appliances but once again here we go. So I started out only wanting to replace the gas stove top. Ended up, (after a trip to Costco and being hounded by the cabinet resurface guy), I thought hey I can do that myself. With the help of Home Depot I got the job done right before Christmas, yeaaa!!!! At first I was somewhat worried the new cook top wouldn't fit however, it fit way better than OJ's glove. Love it, we love the new kitchen, clean and crisp ready for the holidays. We decided to just order it and have it delivered vs having it installed or picking it up at the store. Installing the cook top was way easier than I thought it would be. Sanding and painting then sanding and painting was a bit tougher, but came out great!

First off their store associates don't have time for the customers they have poor product selection their paint department Is very incompetent. And when they pissed off the customer really bad they think it's funny they insult you to your face. They need to shut this Home Depot down there's no point of having a business that's run so bad as this one is especially when it alienates the customers badly.

Cashier doesn't want to bring up a pallet for us to unload by hand on a pick up she wasn't nice at all she was on the construction entrance today date is 9/2 around 11:20 in case Home Depot wants to do something about it on my opinion you don't need people like her in the store

If you want good customer service don't come here , asked about this one thing . Went over saw 4 people standing there they all ignored me . This older lady attempted to help but was Rude as hell , then once she got fed up she just left and said I'll call someone , went back to standing where she was at didn't call no one . Saw this other guy asked him as well . And got mad as hell for no damn reason . Jesus god forbid you do your job .
