Friendly, pay attention to details, asks frequently for feedback so they know they're doing what you want. I had a guy named Bella and he was excellent.

Train your female employees that sometimes people just don't want to be talked to when they're getting their haircut. It doesn't mean they're grouchy so stop making the problem WORSE by asking them why they're grouchy and then proceed to not read the room.

It was my first time. I was at the grocery store and somebody said , “ you need a haircut?” Yes. She told me her name Shanelle. I was kinda nervous. Liked my cut !

6/28/24: Precious was awesome! I wanted to go shorter (my length was past my shoulders). I have an office job & always wearing it in a bun, so my hair wasn't falling in my face. She worked in sections, ea time making sure I was ok w/the length & asking how much more I wanted cut. I have (had) thick hair, as she went, slowly thinned it out, to go w/the cut/style we were going for. I ended w/almost a pixie, which is what I was going for. It feels & looks GREAT. She commented that it makes me look younger ? The cut took a few yrs off my face. I'm vry, vry happy. She got a tip, of course! Hubby gave gr8 comments, he loves it, too ??
The nxt day a neighbor & I were outside at the same time & she said, "I love your haircut!" of course we talked about it.
