“Another hidden gem I found in Las Vegas .Needing a place to workout while taking care of family business, Muscle and fitness gym helped me with my time frame here to get me signed up so I could get some workouts in while here in Vegas . No contracts, staff is really nice and I can come in at anytime. The gym has everything you need to maintain or build more muscle . But the best thing was the staff(Edgar) took time from the holiday weekend to get me signed up . He went above and beyond to help me when he didn't have to , so to me, that says a lot about the culture and the atmosphere there ....I would recommend this place to anyone needing a place to workout.”

“Big Kudos to King Dante. Great job working with the senior generations. Once again he did a professional wonderful job deescalating our continued frustrating situation with registering. Thank you for accepting Silver Sneakers. He resolved the issue and then, offered his personal assistant if we ever needed help. My super senior mother 70+ has know patience for anyone. I was amazed at his charm and kind interactions with her. Now, she will only be assisted by Dante, and looks for him every time we visit the fitness facility.
This is our favorite location because it has an indoor pool and jacuzzi. We just wish the jacuzzi was not so foamy and the jets pressure was not so hard. It is a great temperature. Nice and hot which help achy muscles and joints. The pool is a cool temperature. The water aerobics are energetic, fun and gives a good workout. They even have a workout movie theater. It is an awesome facility.”
