H&E Equiptment services was a big place with a lot of equipment in nice condition as advertised. It was a good, easy experience to rent a genie lift. Phone was answered right away and team confirmed they had a lift, got ordered started and had everything ready so was in and out within minutes. The team was super happy, great and help, and new go‑to rental facility. The company appreciate thanks and appreciation.

Yes, I had visit for a certification course. And can't say anything bad about the company from my experience. This place is big with a lot of equipment that is in nice condition and is AS advertised.

Both parts managers are terrible. Literally have no customer service. When you call to get parts order they act like you are a nuisance to them. Also when you go in to pick up parts they don't even acknowledge you. Very rude and short. I gave them 1 star because I can't give them 0
