In the past they used to have not that good of tools but now they got a lot better tools the prices are higher so but overall it's a good place to get some decent tools for decent price and when you ask for help they will take you to the plumbing if you want plumbing or whatever I always wanted to help and take you to the product I love that about them not like Lowe's Lowe's Lowe's sucks

I met nice lady help with getting the folding platform truck, very nice and kind lady the help find and brought it to the cashier register and got me a basket to put i in. So Sorry I lost you name but you know who you are 1000% thanks again.

I always get great help and service here. I've even been a harbor freight customer for a very long time, and I still have and use the tools that I've bought there , never has any broken or worn out .

Dishonest location. Had a warranty claim on a flashlight, they lied and said they do only have lifetime warranty for tools. When we said it says lifetime warranry on the box, they said they would need to see the box. But who keeps the box? On the Quantum website it also says their products have lifetime warranty.
Dont promise more than you want to keep! Dishonest company.
