I prepaid for my rental a couple of days ahead of time. Got there, first of all-They couldn't even find my reservation. I had to pull up my email confirmation to show them. Then they question me if I'm at the correct location. Then, they tell me they don't have a car for me. When I ask" How is that possible since I prepaid" both clerks laughed in my face and said " you should NEVER prepay".So now I'm stuck and I have a job to go to with coworkers depending on me for a ride. Thanks a lot HertzNEVER AGAIN USING THIS COMPANY

Called us the night before that they did not have the size car we needed for a family function and had reserved because they got busy and rented it out despite our standing reservation. They didn't much care. Told us that if we wanted it we could go to the airport and rent it for 2k more.

BOOKED A FULL SIZE SUV A MONTH BEFORE OUR 5 DAY VACATION OUT OF STATE, LITERALLY GIVES ME A CALL THE DAY OF PICK UP 1 HOUR BEFORE WE GO GET THE CAR SAYING THEY CANT HONOR OUR REQUEST, WE LITERALLY HAD TO CANCEL OUR WHOLE TRIP AND ALL THEY ISSUED WAS A REFUND, THANKS FOR NOTHING

The manager Phill is so helpful!. This is the best Hertz location to rent from. Although they are a small team of 2 , they remain calm and are accommodating. You will not be disappointed with his service.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite booking my car well in advance, with the pickup scheduled for 2/17/2024, upon our arrival, we were informed that no cars were available at this location. Instead, we were instructed to go to the airport location with the guarantee of a car being available, and assured that my reservation would be transferred accordingly. Consequently, we wasted the entire morning and spent $50 on Uber rides back and forth, all for naught.Expressing my concern to the agent about the possibility of no cars being available at the airport, I requested that he call ahead on our behalf. Despite his initial reassurance of a car being available at the airport, he refused to make the call and instead provided us with a general Hertz number to contact.I called the number on my way to airport. On the phone, we were assured over the phone of two things: firstly, that a car would indeed be available for us, and secondly, that we would be charged the same price as before.Upon our arrival at the airport, which was already noon by then, we endured a 30-minute wait in line, only to be informed that no cars were available. After several minutes of pleading and diplomacy, the representative suddenly reversed his stance, stating that there was a car available but at a price more than double what was stated in our reservation.

I had only awful experience with this scam company. Got price increases without any notice or explanation, although the contract was singed. They supposed to refund me, by the books, but never did. Full scam. Don’t work with them!!!!!!!!!!!!

Phil Sanchez needs to be fired asap! He lacked any customer service skills or basic courtesy. I see why the overall score of this location is 2 stars. There is a serious problem staffing, particularly Jeff Sanchez.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. THEY ARE TERRIBLE PEOPLE. I HAD 9DAYS RESERVATION. WHEN I CAME TO PICK UP THE CAR, DEVIN AT THE FRONT DESK (EATING HIS CHICKEN @ 9:15AM) JUST SAID SORRY THERE ARE NO AVAILABLE CAR. HE DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO CALL AROUND TO ACCOMODATE MY RESERVATION. HE ADDED, YOU CAN GO TO THE AIRPORT BUT THERE'S NO GUARANTY ON AVAILABILITY AND THEY WILL NOT HONOR MY ONLINE PRICE. DEVIN CALLED HIS MANAGER PHIL, IN LESS THAN 10SECONDS HE HANGED UP AND DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE, THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND NO SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING AT ALL.

So my one star rating isn't towards the company itself, but to the manager on duty on Jan. 10th at 12:45p. So this so-called manager came into my hotel. Which is the Hampton Inn had an attitude and asked us if we had one of their vehicles towed. Mind you, they have their vehicle parked on our property. And for some reason don't have cameras facing in that area so they can watch their vehicles. Not only did he not know how long the car had been missing, but he came in expecting us to look it up for him. So after extensively looking through days of our camera system, I went over to Hertz so I can speak to their manager on duty and come to find out it was the same unprofessional man that came to my hotel with his funky attitude. When I got there, he said that they're just going to track the vehicle. Why he didn't do that from jump instead of coming to my hotel expecting someone else to do his job for him was absolutely absurd! I promise I will never, ever refer any of our guests over to their place of business and if any other manager, including this gentleman, wants to come back to my hotel to discuss this with me, then I am more than happy to address it!
