The staff reminded me of refugees, however besides worried about ignorant folks may possibly take advantage of this store, it's very tidy.

I really enjoy shopping in this store. There is always an employee around ready and willing to help you. They are always friendly, professional and helpful in this store. I look forward to shopping in this store due to the exemplary staff. I now prefer this store to Lowes. The only thing I don't like about Home Depot is that I always spend too much money :)

Is really hard to get help and when you ask for help they never show up. I was standing in front of 3 employees and I said hi I was completely ignored. I really hate coming to this location.

I'm repairing my own garbage disposal. Randy in the plumbing department told me everything I needed to know about repairing my leaking garbage disposal. I was in and out of Home Depot within 3 minutes. Thank you, Randy.

My father and I approached the customer service line to get some of our tools exchanged and some nice Filipino employee was helping us but needed to ask a co worker a question for our situation. That co worker of her's walks over to look at our tools (which we had a receipt for) and tells us right away that she can't take them but with complete disgust and pure rudeness and with NO EXPLANATION what so ever. That fat white nasty blonde b**** is not made for human interaction. Will never go back to this Home Depot

They need to put a sign out front Caucasians not welcome. There seems to be some kind of a major issue going on with the staff that's at these Home Depot's if you're Caucasian the staff talks down to you and treats you very badly. I for one do not recommend any more Home Depot's in the Las Vegas or North Las Vegas area due to the situation of what's happening in the country there's going to be trouble as of now my account with Home Depot is closed I will no longer do business with Home Depot and All contracts with Home Depot have immediately been closed and suspended

I've been using this store for a couple of years now with no issue, until today, and it is worthy of mention. I asked a young gal in the Home Services section, \\\"What aisle is the vinyl self-adhesive tile?\\\" She replied, \\\"I don't know\\\", and she asked a nearby elder, white+dyed orange haired, associate (EWDOHA), \\\"What aisle are the vinyl self-adhesive tiles in?\\\". The EWDOHA turns to me and states, in a condescending, angry voice, \\\"We don't sell individual tiles.\\\" Me, I replied, that wasn't the question, I want to know what aisle they are in.\\\" With increasing sarcasm, she replied, \\\"Well that's what I heard\\\". I thanked her and she, continuing in sarcasm, said, \\\"Have a blessed day.\\\" Me, I left and went to Lowes.

I pulled up my Home Depot app at the airport and pushed the button... (Available in store today). I had to hire a Lyft because I'm from Ohio and couldn't get a rental car so I needed everything to be at that one place. So I was very specific on the App. My experience once I walked into the store.. I walked into customer service to pick up my order. They found it pretty quickly and laid it on the counter and walked away. I said excuse me but I don't think every thing is here. He said your first aide kit is being shipped because we are out. I said my office is in Ohio my project is here in Vegas and the young immature young man said then I can refund it. I said that's not the issue I need a kit for this project. He said Aisle 18. I said what about aisle 18? He said if you want a kit go to aisle 18. So I left my luggage and other products and went to aisle 18 and got the very kit they said theywere out of.... I said this is the one you shipped to Ohio that you said you were out of.... He said no it's not it has a different SCU number. I said how do you know you haven't looked at it. I said I will look it up. Sure enough it was the exact same and they had 10-15 of the kits. He said do you want it or not. I said yes I have to have it but you are no help and could care less. He rang it up and walked away. I said you have a horrible attitude and work ethic to be working in customer service. He said Okay.... I said I will stop and see the manager he said okay again. He was rude and couldn't care less. My company spends more than 75,000 a year there and it did not matter to him. He shouldn't be sweeping the floors let alone be working in Customer Service. I've always bought my Constructon materials from Home Depot and it's a shame that something that cost less than 15.00 is causing me to rethink our partnership. I'm very disappointed!!

You'd be surprised how helpful a large corporation like Home Depot is. During my house renovations they are one of the few contractors, sort of contractors, that I've dealt with. They have always been helpful, reasonable and just provided good service. Even when they had a computer issue and weren't able to get my information instead of forcing me to go out of my way to return to a location they came to me. They also have a great return policy which a lot of people know. And when I initially walked in to discuss with the door team about getting some new doors she was just really helpful. for such a large corporation they are amazing.

I had bought a large item at the summerlin location and I needed a truck to get it home. That location doesn't rent trucks so I chose to rent one @ craig since its near my house. I called to reserve it and they said the reservation was for 30 mins. I drove all the way across town to get to Craig location and got there on time. I was in line for 5 minutes waiting to be helped. They rented the van to the woman in front of me because the computer said my reservation was expired. They didn't even think to check if I was IN THE DANG LINE WAITING TO BE HELPED! How is that not common sense?!

All I can say is don't get Home Depot to install anything. Please! Please! pick up you r materials from what's in stock. HD has destroyed my investment. I am bleeding $$ bc of them. My vinyl & tile has arrived and is sitting in the store for two weeks while they wait for a bucket of adhesive from a supplier who is not capable to ship it. I'm thinking why don't they just pull glue from their shelves and install my project. Then there is this 3 day wait for material to acclimate to the house. Why not let the installer deliver it to the location to acclimate instead of sitting in the store, to save some time. There are other issues as well with their entire service/system. The paperwork they give you is in some kind of industry code, not customer friendly, so most of what was talked about was just verbal. I do not recommend HD to install. Hire your own contractor who can make informed decisions about your project. Never again!! However Cindy who helped me with my order was great!! & the other clerks are friendly & helpful. This review is about HD system.

How in the hell do you not have Apple Pay during this pandemic. It's really frustrating pulling nearly $1000 off the shelf and bringing it to the front just to be told you don't have contactless payment. Get it together Home Depot.
