I came here first time for truck service and they forgot to put back cap of engine after service. After reaching my destination I smelled engine oil then i checked engine nd saw they didn’t put back cap of engine, oil dropped all over the engine nd half empty.11/28/25

Gina sold me a used truck 3 years ago, and was one hell of salesperson! She went above and beyond to answer my questions and get me the information I need. I went back to her for my second truck but they didn’t have what I needed. My third truck was a log truck and I found it elsewhere. I am on my fourth truck, and again she was so helpful in finding a truck that checked off all of my boxes! She is great throughout the whole process and makes sure the purchase goes as smooth as possible! I will continue to get my trucks from her as long as they have what works best for my business! She always has a great attitude and always addresses my concerns. The company has great trucks, great prices and a matching attitude! Thanks a ton, Gina!

I was in the area on 10/27/25 and couldn’t have been better taken care of by Brent in Service and also by all the folks I interacted with here at this facility. Brent and his crew in the Shop took excellent care of me as true professionals do.
I had noticed the center stud+nut on bottom side of Rt frt airbag missing when greasing my T680 on 10/26/25 and made my move to see how the chances first thing on a Monday 10/27/25 would work out. To my surprise I was put into the rotation and fixed in probably less than an hour.
Couldn’t have said how much it was appreciated enough and extremely grateful I was in /out so quickly. You folks saved me from being late or worse loosing a load that was to pickup before noon.
What a state of the art facility and so clean. Drivers lounges , yes lounges , a regular and a quiet one . Who needs to hear war stories or noise of a tv if not on a channel you prefer. All furniture top notch and comfy.
Got to say I’m jealous of all the folks who live close as this facility sets the bar on all the bells and whistles a truck dealership can offer. I would be here all the time if lived closer.
The repair is holding solid and at the time of repair the other 3ea studs were checked and found to be tight.
Many thanks again to Brent cause it wasn’t like he and the Shop were slow. I feel privileged to have been served so well. Look forward to returning some day , you folks are the best!

When i need truck repairs, I love coming to kenworth for the recliner chairs. I fall asleep everytime. They come in and wake me to let me know if it is done, if there is any update, like another day for a part, is just relaxing. Unlike truck stops that you cant wait in your truck, and that dont have a nice AC drivers lounge.

Great experience dealing with Gina Bieler of the used sale department. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Gina made the process easy and non-stressful. I would definitely refer her to other drivers and companies. I will buy trucks from Gina again. As a whole I’ve been dealing personally with Sal Lua in rentals, Daniel Diaz in service, and Travis Mickelson in leasing sales. Each one of them have instrumental in helping me with their knowledge, kindness, and helpfulness in my day to day operations.
