The voice narrator has begun saying left turn. But the signs say the opposite. It's confusing - the sign points left but the direction and the voice, says right and visa versa.

I shop at this Kohls quite a bit and have yet to experience anything like I did on March 9, 2025.
While I was at the register with my items already being scanned, a family approached the associate and explained that they had received items from Kohl’s with security tags still attached. The associate, whose name I did not catch, told them that she would take care of it. When the family asked if they should get in line, the associate dismissively replied, “No, she (referring to me) is fine.”
Without seeking my consent or acknowledging the disruption, she paused my transaction to assist them. She did not ask them to wait in line as other (clearly not all) customers are expected to do, nor did she consider whether I was okay with the interruption. While the couple at least thanked me afterward, the associate never acknowledged what she had done.
I am unsure what Kohl’s emphasizes in its employee trainings but in that moment, she failed to demonstrate fairness, professionalism, and consideration for all customers. Her actions displayed a complete lack of respect for me and my time, and a disregard for fundamental customer service etiquette.
I wish I had addressed her actions in the moment, but I was genuinely caught off guard. However, I knew that if I did not say anything at all, it would continue to bother me. So, I decided to share my experience through this review and complete the customer survey. Hopefully, this is addressed accordingly.

Horrible scam store,had pair jeans ripped out down back pocket seam,they need reciept,who keeps reciept for 23 days if you like and keeping? Never had Levi's ripped out so fast,no other dept stores do that,just Kohl's, I showed them on my account when I made purchase,they wanted paper reciept,total scam,I will never purchase another thing from this pos store

This entire store was trashed and disorganized and had entire sections of clothing just all over the floor or thrown on top of piles. I witnessed multiple employees just chatting and laughing and not working, and some of them walking right past all the messes and doing nothing. These photos are just a reflection of some parts of the store, but the entire place looked like a tornado went through it. For how expensive kohls is, this was horrendous.

I experienced an un welcome experience at Kohl's, SEPHORA YESTERDAY.
When I arrived in the store, the associated greeted me, took my request that I was going to purchase, and told me she was helping another customer. she checked out the customer she was waiting on when I arrived. Other customers had gotten in line while she was while she was checking out the customer that she was helping when I arrived. She ignored me started to check out the new customers that arrived and kept telling me I'll be with your shortly. Never again will I be shopping at KOHL's, SEPHORA again. Never encountered this kind of service just shopping at KOHL'S DEPARTMENT STORE IT SELF.
