I will never go to this location again, no sense of urgency and front desk lady is so loud and disrespectful. They were calling people who had appointments before others first. They are laughing and sitting around no sense of urgency. I will NEVER COME BACK.

Apparently, drug tests are only done from 8a-2pm. I arrived at 1:57p. Registered and was called to the desk at 2:03, the unpleasant person at the front desk refused me services and stated I could go to another facility on Charleston if I needed it done today. I stated I needed it done by tomorrow by 11:30a. She then stated the same verbiage she just spoke about another facility. Office closes at 3p. So if a patient walks into your facilities for services before 2p they should not be refused. I am not a person to cut it this close in times. Unfortunately, I did not know 2p was the cut-off time. If you are going to refuse patient services with in the posted times listed on the door, then LabCorp should update the times to reflect the correct available times, or train your staff on common medical office procedures. Yes I am aware that 3 minutes before the cut off time was not convenient for the staff, but unfortunately 2p is the company policy, not the employees policy to change because they didn't feel like taking a urine sample with another hour until the office closed.

I was really debating whether or not to give 2stars or 3stars… I ended up giving 3 stars because the wait time wasn’t too bad. I was in n out within 30 minutes. The scanner was down on the kiosk so I had to check-in manually. Which wasn’t a HUGE deal. The person at the front desk area was efficient but not very friendly at all. Very blunt and matter-of-fact. Seemed overwhelmed. The phlebotomist’s name was Jenny. Not sure if it was a language barrier but.. She asked me which arm that I wanted her to use. I didn’t know or care.. She then responded “I will choose since you can’t decide.” Pretty much the service that I expect these days unfortunately.

Expect at least an hour and a half before being served. They have faster service at DMV.

This location is horrible the receptionist with blonde curly hair was very rude and unprofessional she has zero customer service. I went there for routine blood work, she looks so miserable, doesn’t acknowledge anyone standing in front of the window. She took my insurance card, I reminded her that she was still with my card, she responded rudely “ma’am you will get your insurance card when I’m done”. She end up not returning my card and I left the facility, got home and remembered that she was still with my card, I went back for my insurance card, she made me wait for 20 minutes , then toss my card to me with no apologies I will never go back to this location

1 star because it’s close to my house nothing else. This location is by far the slowest location. This location opens at 7am ….half the STAFF is leaving as I Walk-In leaving 2 staffs available… 1 is at the front desk & the other is doing triage. Customer service at the front desk is trash. I asked front desk ASHLEY if I can pay my co-pay up front just like it asked at the Kiosk, she tells me I can’t pay now I have to wait to be called… That’s backwards … if your kiosk is asking for upfront pymnt without being called to the back, why can’t you…

I've been sitting here for about 45 minutes and they seriously have called ONE PERSON!! EVERY SEAT IS FILLED & PEOPLE ARE SITTING ON THE FLOOR. Someone should look into the credibility of this establishment- most of these patients are elderly. The lady next to me has been waiting over 2 hours

My son and I came to this location for my sons’ pre employment drug screening… As a result of my last review I was sent an email, asked to provide detailed information about my experience nothing has changed! There are two receptionist, at times they both left the front desk unattended !!! Sometimes they were on their cell phones instead of attending to patients, all of that is a part of the quality of care in my opinion. Overall, there’s just no sense of urgency. Look I get it some people may not understand how important these services are…. some people may think oh I’m just dropping off a urine sample, a stool sample, and just getting my blood drawn. What levels are my seizure meds at? Is my pancreas working correctly? Am I liver failure? Has my cancer returned?

I've been sitting here for about 45 minutes and they seriously have called ONE PERSON!! EVERY SEAT IS FILLED & PEOPLE ARE SITTING ON THE FLOOR. Someone should look into the credibility of this establishment- most of these patients are elderly. The lady next to me has been waiting over 2 hours

Kiosk is trash. It took forever to register. This place is understaffed.
Receptionist is not pleasant. Customer service can use some retraining and improvement.
Instructions are all jacked up.
This site is overall trash. Go to another location and make an appointment. Be sure to be at the site before 9 am if you don’t have an appointment.

The receptionist a blond streaked pale looking lady with glasses was not happy to be there. She didn't smile and had a monotone unfriendly tone from the get go. I had trouble understanding her and I asked her to repeat herself and she spoke to me like a child...slowed down and amplified her speech like I was dumb. It was really embarrassing. I understand that they see many people and she's tired of repeating the same information but have some customer service. I noticed she was extra nice to everyone else after that...she knew she had been not very nice to me. I spoke with my daughter and husband about her and they told me she did the same to her. My daughter who is 12 and was translating for my husband said she had treated her like she was stupid. Everyone deserves respect! If she hates her job at least fake it and give all of us the customer service Labcorp expects.
